Sometimes their parties and weddings become Baal-like.
Damn. Fifteen years as a witness, and not one wedding/orgy! Obviously, I'm just not in the right congregation, I gotta move to whereever this fellow lives! -

see, this explains everything - why men "never listen" to women :)
by zagor inhttp://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/200508/s1431915.htm
men do have trouble hearing women: research
men who are accused of never listening by women now have an excuse - women's voices are more difficult for men to listen to than other men's.

So either our voices are lyrical...
Or yeah, like Frog said. Selective hearing. xD; -

Sep 15th WT: At it again: WT says elements in the UN will attack religion
by truthseeker init seems that the watchtower has not learnt any lessons regarding their involvement in the united nations.
perhaps they think the outcry that a few witnesses made a couple of years ago has died down.
they have been silent about the united nations for about 3 years until they published an article in the sep 15th watchtower, "walk by faith, not by sight!

I didn't know that. I spent alot of time in the late '90's working in Kawasaki and going back and forth from Tachikawa and I saw everyday lots of girls get on the train in the afternoon dressed that way.
Was is the area I was in, or has it changed alot since the late '90's?
On a side note, I found it cute the way they said "Bye bye" to eachother as each left the train.
From what I've heard, it's mostly a newer change. -

To all the other atheists/agnostics out there
by robhic inafter you got from behind the barrier that was keeping you from thinking logically and had removed the blinders that prevented you from processing information using common sense rather than the 2000+ year old superstitions of some nomadic goat-herders, did you start to find that religious-centric or god-related statements made you shake your head in incredulity?.
case in point: just yesterday as i watched the 5:00 news, a story came on about a young man who had moved from here to california.
while in california he died but the family was so poor they could not afford to have the body shipped back to new orleans.

For a few years, I was very argumentative about how religion was all bull.
Now, I've got a new religion, and am quite happy with it. I'm an apathetic agnostic. I don't know, and I don't care. As long as I'm a good person, any God who's out there isn't going to mind much, and there's really no point in my mind to worrying about it. Religion doesn't bother me either, as long as it doesn't interefere with my life.
Yeah. But seeing as how I'm still living with my mom.. religion is doing ass-loads of interefering. -pokes the Kingdom Hall- -

To Dave:
Some of the more upper-class school do, I think, but the typical image of a Japanese school girl, with the knee-high socks and the short-short skirts, pretty much doesn't exist. They're pretty much allowed to wea what they want now.
And talk about expressing yourself.. the Harajuku section of Tokyo looks rather like a Halloween party. Look it up if you want some examples. xD;
