  for me, it was realizing that nearly every prophecy or commentary on a scriptural passage has changed.

  througout the years, it's been new light, old light and even blinking light.

  DF my mother for smoking when she had quit within the six month time frame and allowing the fleshly sister of an MS more time...

  There is no love to be found in the WT only judgement, which does not come from the bible much less from God...

  does anyone remember the fad of not saying "amen" at the end of a prayer?

  i think it started in the late 80s.

  what are some other fads that you remember?.

  No applause at the KH except after the first talk a student gives in the first or second school and after the public talk.

  Ahhh...thought it had been completly done away with...that's the problem with memory, sometimes it fails

  Wouldn't call it a fad, and I think it's probably been mentioned here before, there was a time when applause was premitted after any talk given from the platfrom. Seems I read on JWD that applause is no longer done at assemblies...maybe not though

  would someone who believes in and respects the bible as having been inspired by god like to attempt an explanation of this account regarding lamech?

  why do you think an account such as this is even in the bible to begin with?

  was it a physical wound, or a mental wound?.
