Lola: I know it may be an inconvenience because of banking hours but going and speaking to someone in charge about your problems with the bank in person as well as complimenting them on their past service can really go far since BOA is really striving toward customer satisfaction from what I can tell. The personable customer service I receive from BOA is so very different than the other banks I have experienced. I have talked to quite a few other people who bank with BOA and I have never heard anything negative. I like the fact that they are all over the place and I dont have to use other bank's ATMs and have to pay a fee.

Personally I hate most banks; however I have had better service and a much better banking experience with Bank of America than I have any other bank I have ever used and I have tried a lot of banks. BOA has financed my car when no other lending institution would give me the time of day and I now receive online banking and checking account free whereas I was charged over $100 a year for the same services at other banks and I LOVE BOA's Keep The Change program.

Im glad that I have been on JWD on part of the 6 years you have posted. I have read so many of your posts and was so delighted to finally meet you in person in Dallas. Actually meeting you and irreverant was one of the things I was looking forward to since I had always wanted to meet so for so long after all the times I have been on JWD you have been so helpful! no ordinary person could possible have such foresight and such knowledge of human behavior to think and write the things these watchtower writers do.

want to know what's weird?
by ninja inwe all know there is no mention of cats in the bible...not one....but another thing that's weird is that there is no reference to any people in the old testament taking their kids down to the beach to make sandcastles and stuff...why?

There isn't any reference to Jesus when he was in his teens going through puberty with raging hormones. The gospels only cover when he was about 12 and then pick up when he was a full grown adult. Did he ever get horny going through "the bloom of youth"?

How the Religious View Homosexuality
by serotonin_wraith infor people who are still religious, what are your views on gays?.
for me (an atheist) it goes against my own morality to think of them as sinners or somehow doing wrong, and yet in the bible it teaches that it is wrong.
it's one of the main reasons i could never go along with the jws.. i'm curious how religious people address this issue.

In the religious context though onlycurious, the single person can get married and have a sex life, however homosexuals cannot marry. I would not chose a way that goes against my very nature of who I am.

i just read that atleast 3 types of animal and plant life go extinct every hour.
global warming threatens the entire planet, crimes against women and children are at a all time high, honeybees dying off for unexplained reasons, the threat of nuclear war, the ravage of infectious disease.
