Do you suffer witrh colitis or candida? What helps me.

okay i know it sounds cheezy.
but hopefully those of you who suffer these digestive problems won't just rely on your doctor's advice.

I don't suffer from colitis or any GI problems now, however before I lost almost 30 pounds I had heartburn and acid reflux and had to take meds like Prilosec or some other anti-reflux medication or antacid.
I now take a fiber supplement and a probiotic supplement as well as incorporate products like Greek yogurt in my diet and I feel much better.

Who remembers Dansk?

the other day, though, i was remembering my early days of posting (since 2004) and ones i had corresponded with..... so many wonderful people who have contributed their opinions on this forum, and sent good wishes to others throughout the years.

I told the baptist church pastor that I'm gay!
