ArtfulDodger - the 'hot-dog stall experience' was ALWAYS in the nude - just added to the tension (for him) and excitement (for me).
Have any of you ever done a bit of sewing on your lap only to find you've sewn something to your trousers? Or is that just me?

The Morality of the Future!
by Daunt ini've been seriously taking a step back lately and criticizing and analyzing my beliefs, especially during meetings since there's nothing better to do.
however, every time i do this i can't help but think of the future.
how do you guys view the general moral bases of the future?

My personal view is that when we finally see the eating of peas with a knife as the height of manners, the picking of one's nose in public as a sign of respect for those round us, and the obligatory first-thing-fart as the best way of saying 'good morning dear'
.....you've just described all the men I know........sadly.

Really good chili.
I like to cook it all...
I have a bloke that makes a super chili - and one that makes a great Thai curry too, which is just as well because the last time I cooked, it looked like there'd been a road traffic accident in the kitchen.
However, he needs to brush up on his dressmaking skills - the last skirt and blouse he made for himself MUST have been bad, as people were staring when we went out.

Are you sure the cat didn't help it fall apart?
To be fair Brenda, it was my first attempt at not only making an outfit for a cat, but dressing him too. I'll do better next time.
Can cook too!!
Richie - what's your Signature Dish?

I'm useless at sewing - made an outfit for a cat once, and it fell apart first night he wore it out.

The WT's muffled message: Where's the ``Good News of the Kingdom" in This?
by Room 215 init's been commented on several times on this forum, but it would seem that the billions of hours lavished by jws in purportedly getting their message to the public has been a dismal failure, at least if measured by the extent to which they've been able get their core beliefs (i.e., god's kindom has been established invisibly in 1914 and you had better get with our program or face annihilation -- and soon) -- across to the public.
take a look at some of the front-page titles of this current year's magazines (especially the awake!
which most jws like to feature in preference to the wt) and ask yourselves: where the !#!%!

I have to agree with Katie - VIZ's Top Tips is a MUCH more informative read.-
''Wig wearers. Don't waste money on new wigs.Simply turn your old one around for the ''boy band'' look. -
I had an entry in Roger's Profanisaurus once, but it was before the Knackersack pencils, so I got naff-all.

JWD Awards??
by RichieRich inso, i was thinkin, and got hit with a good idea.
everyone whos been here for more than a week has posters that they love, and posters that they loathe.
some make laugh, some make us cry, and some drive us right up the wall.... so to honor that, i think we should have some sort of jwd award session... (should simon approve).

Oooh, Ezekiel. I think nominations for ''Sexiest Avatar'' and ''Best Newcomer'' would be appropriate.
