I'm on a slower connection so it took a few hours. But, not a problem.
Using Vista, Unzip the zip file to the raw file with the ISO extention. Then burn the ISO image to a blank CD. (I needed an image burner, no longer having access to my Nero package from my old machine. I searched for and downloaded and installed ImgBurn, a free (and good) image burning software.)
Next, install WT library.
Finally, use the Watchtower's own quotations to show JW's they really did say that!

I have never seen so much rain as this year in AR.
Nor have I. Our back yard has standing water which makes the crawfish come up for air, building their pyramids along the way. Crows are wading the puddles, searching for an easy crawdaddy meal. I swear I can see smiles on their beaks.

Hi All,
Yesterday and last night were landmarks when it comes to rain during the last 5 days here in Locust Bayou, AR. Some 6 inches of a total of 15 inches since last Saturday. I just took a tour of the neighborhood and was surprised when I crossed Locust Creek, not far from the house. There, I spotted two whirlpools, each seeking their own culvert beneath the road but each spinning in opposite directions . I thought I’d share.

When the following site was in Canada, the WT had it shut down -- that's how powerful it is. Well, many copied that site and various sites around the world popped up and hosted the same files. Nothing but quotes (with enough surrounding context to be fair) from their own literature.

A few years ago there was a similar case where a woman's dress got spotted with some semen as she performed similar sex on some prominent world official -- I forget who that was. She kept the dress, intact with dna evidence, which forced that official to recant his famous statement, "I did not have sex with that woman ...". Somewhere along this story line there also was a cigar involved but don't remember exactly how it fit in.

I just ordered an HP (the box only) after looking also at Dell. $384 that includes shipping and tax. A 2.5 Ghz with 350 Gb HD. I'll probably trash the keyboard and mouse since I like what I already have.
I'm retiring my home-brewed 5 year old 3 Ghz dual core. I believe the power supply is faulty.
A bit of heads up -- effective as of a few weeks ago, if you order an OS of Windows Vista Home Premium or better, you will be entitled to a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it becomes available. I asked the phone rep how that will happen and he said by downloading -- not by CD.

Most here will envy your experience of sensing a cordial welcome at the meetings. Some won't be surprised.
First, you may wish to share how you became spouses. Did she recently join the JW's, that is, after your marriage? Did she weaken and marry a non-JW -- that's you? Did the two of you just move to where you're living now? Sometimes a new congregation appears warmer when they're not familiar with all those dirty details of one of theirs "marrying outside the truth".
I see no reason why they won't continue to be "cordial" with you as long as they don't sense a threat to their flock. That varies, of course, from congregation to congregation. Others, I'm sure will pop in a give you a more solid perspective .
