The elder was Jared Hardie. Kristin Hamm had a liazon with his son Micah. She then came out of the closet and now lives with a woman, but I don't recall any JW connections with her.

Apparently the sun sinned as well. It was supposed to be a Main Sequence White star until it defied God and took on a yellow hue. As a result, God declared it would forever be a yellow dwarf. But look at the bright side, he could have opened its side and took out some hydrogen and made another one and assigned them binary star status.

Yes that is correct. He was about 13 or 14 years younger than his older brother David who was one of the elders in the FB Cong. He was somewhat "worldy" when I was in the org as many of the youth were. His brother, David, was a strange sort of elder. One time at hour home, the song "I can't get no satisfaction" by the Stones came on and he jumped up and grabbed a nearby broom and began doing his Mick Jagger imitation.
Some years after I left, his daughter was reproved for sleeping with the son of another FB elder, and later was disfellowshipped when she came out of the closet and now lives with a woman. (Oh the shame) LOL

It was a copy of two letters from the Society. The first was a 1981 response to a publisher who had asked where he could obtain a copy of Johannes Grebers New Testament. This was the bible that they admitted in 1956 was connected to demonic forces, then went on for the next 37 years quoting it to support their rendering of John 1:1 They replied the only address they had was from the inside of one of his Bibles with a print date in the 1930's. Of course this address was not valid.
The second letter was from the Society from 1980 to the Johannes Greber Foundation (the correct address) thanking them for the recent receipt of his New Testament and book "Communication with the Spirit World of God." They went on to ask for additional copies. These letters clearly showed their deception to their own members by purposely giving them a bad mailing address for Johannes Greber.

On April 21st I received an e-mail out of the blue from a person who was the brother of an elder in my congregation. When I logged on to my work email I was suprised to see an email from someone in my former congregation (Farmers Branch). When you read his comments that I should return, you'd wouldn't think he would start off with name calling.

I have been out of the organization for some 16 years and I have not corresponded with anyone from my old congregation in quite some time. As I stated earlier, I was not looking for a way out, I just had some questions I wanted answers to and basically all I got was "Where did you hear that?" and "Where did you get this document?" and the like. I believe the "truth" should be able stand up against anything and not run when serious questions are raised. The Watchtower/Awake vigorously asks those who are of other faiths to ask questions and to make sure of all things.
That is all I was trying to do and pretty much all I got was that I need to accept hook, line and sinker everything the Governing Body states is spiritual fact. In that regards, there in not much difference in Mormonism, The Worldwide Church of God, Dawn Bible Students, Christadelphians and other "sole channel" religions. Like Jehovah's Witnesses, few members of these groups leave because they have been told the same story that we are the truth and we do not tolerate any serious questioning of our belief structure. And any who do are kicked out and labeled as "evil" and unworthy.
Just a clarification, I did not leave while I was still in the same household as Maria. I have received emails from Witnesses in the past who said that I was trying to get Maria to accept "apostate" teachings and was putting pressure on her to leave. That never happened and to this day, I do not try to get other Jehovah's Witnesses to leave. I have a man working for me who is a Witness and he obviously enjoys and accepts the teachings and I say "good for him." If it fulfils his spiritual needs, then so be it. I never try to dissuade him in any way. If he wants to know why I left and what issues I have/had, I will tell him if he asks, but I will not force any of my beliefs or thoughts upon him.
In closing, I again ask, what untrue things have I said? I am not beyond all correction and if someone points out something I have truly said or done that appears to be in error, I will consider it and correct my thinking or apologize for the misstatement if I was in error.

What was the apostasy of the organization that they discovered?
In 2005 he gave this long winded explanation that reminded me of listening to old Fred Franz talks with refences to various types and anti-types. It had to do something with the governing body having become a clergy class and how they have allowed the United Nations to become yoked with God's mouthpiece on earth. He also mentioned the Society filing of a friend of the court brief on behalf of Jimmy Swaggart ministries in 1990. It was actually a bit disturbing to see the zeal he has for this "mission."

My former brother-in-law became "annointed" at age 20 not long after he was baptized. He had begun reading many of the old publications from the Russel/Rutherford era and commented how spiritually deep they were and was often correcting others if they had a mistep in their explanation of JW doctrine. When he came over our home for a visit, he would often stand in the backyard with his face toward the sun, eyes closed and his arms stretched out.
He explained that he was receiving Gods spirit which strengthned him to be ready to sit with Christ when the time arrived. This was in 1987/88. Where is he now?
He dissassociated himself from the organization in the late 1990's because it had apostasized. He and "others" are currently working on documentation and a plan that will show where the Society has fallen from Jehovah's approval, and he and the other annointed who remained faithful to Jehovah will assume control of the once approved Watchtower empire.
Now cue the Twilight Zone music.........................

Had they not sinned, were they to supposed to live in a world where humnas lived forever but every other creature had a finite life span?
