  i am so disgusted right now, more with myself than anything.. we have this big albertsons grocery store monopoly game going where i live.....the more of certain products you buy, the more tickets you receive.

  not only are there instant winners, but then you enter codes on line.. ha....after 2 months, i've won $5.00 and a bottle of clorox beach.

  i have spent more than i ever would have normally.

  I won a $100 spending spree at a local discount store back in the stone age, when $100 would buy quite a bit.

  i was sitting in an enclosure at the emergency room awaiting word of mr. snowbird's condition.. what a difference a week makes!.

  Anger, hate, suffering

  i find myself feeling angry.

  i'm starting to realize that the anger i feel at this religion seems to feed on itself.

  soon, i will be tried for my 'crimes' by men who honestly don't believe themselves to be policemen.

  obviously, most of us know that flipper always respond to everybody's posts everytime he starts a topic, i think he is the only one on this board that will respond to everyone in his own threads.

  i would think it would be too much work for me or anyone here on this board to respond to everyone.

  is that a good thing or bad thing?

  its just Mr Flippers style which I personally enjoy.

  I like it because it makes me feel he cared. Think it is great.

  I agree with the above statements whole heartedly !!

  Personally, I think each of us likes to feel that someone actually reads our posts, by taking the extra time to respond to each of us, Mr. Flipper shows that he's a kind person that takes that into account.

  I reconnected with my worldly family and got involved in their hobbies. This got me out of the house and around, semi-normal people.

  I also started dating shortly thereafter and basically haven't looked back.

  I had no desire to find out if they were right or wrong, I didn't care one way or the other I just wanted to regain my "Freedom".

  i am so thrilled to find this forum.

  it is such a relief to know that all of us 'apostates' are normal people who had the nerve to question what has been crammed down our throats.. i am 4th generation ex-jw with family members at bethel, doing missionary work, and pioneering.

  even though i have been out for almost 20+ years, i still had guilt admitting to myself that this was a cult-like organization until just recently.
