So does this mean they are charitable afterall?
by catchthis inwas doing some searching today and came across this information:.
http://www.state.nj.us/dobi/acrobat/lhsplist.pdf -- a permit was issued by the state of new jersey to the wtbts on nov. 14, 2002 allowing them to set up a charitable gift annuity.
the way you can tell this is for a cga is to go to the website's site map and then click on the charitable annuity special permits link.

2 JWs Sent Registered Letters For "APOSTASY"
by minimus ini was told that 2 "anointed" witnesses that had recently (on the night of the memorial) picketed in front of the kingdom hall were sent registered letters inviting them to a judicial committee meeting.
the husband had told the elders when they first called last week that the elders should call off the meeting because his wife had once again had major tremors and had to be hospitalized due to being sent the letter.
and that the elders should realize that they would surely get legal action against them if anything happened to his wife.
