  PBS is highly accountable to their public image for funding and favorable votes (dubs don't vote) at election time.

  Here in Maine i went to bat for them 5 years ago "vote on 5 keep big bird alive'

  just wondering what your experiences are.

  were you "encouraged" not to devote time to personal exercise, gym or sport in general?

  i remember this one time co gave a talk how "we do not need sport" then he proceeded to explain how walking up the stairs in field service was exercise enough for our legs, then how we didn't need any stretching exercise as making gestures while explaining the bible verses would do the job, and so on.

And the two believers, who had gone there in spring of 2004, left the hospital without finishing their service, “Tsayg” TV Company reports. {BR} Witnesses of Jehovah Taron from Vanadzor and Sargis from Yerevan were mobilized last year. At the beginning of their service they did not have any complaints of the hospital. Nevertheless, according to the head of the hospital Nadia Vardanyan, about a month ago they applied to them and said that although they are pleased with the work and with the attitude of the doctors towards them, they do not want to continue their service. The reason was that they were against the control of the military police. According to Nadia Vardanyan, a criminal case has been aroused and the boys will probably be tried.

CAROL BROEDER and AINSLEE S. WITTIG/Arizona Range News Seven people lost their lives in separate accidents this week in accidents on Interstate 10 near Willcox. Five people died and three were injured Thursday in a rollover on I-10, about six miles east of Bowie. "The families were traveling in two or three vans together, and the teenagers wanted to ride together. They were heading to the District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in Tucson," said Ted Arnold, who was on the scene to help. The 17-year old driver, Jahaviel Romero of Chaparral, N.M., told state Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers that he fell asleep , overcorrected and then the vehicle rolled, Arnold said. "When the van left the pavement, it caught a stump and flipped all over throwing people and debris. It rolled about 150 feet," he said. "Everything was everywhere, people were ejected. One person was trapped in the vehicle, which was fully engulfed (in flames). Nothing was left but ashes on the inside of the 1992 Chevy Astrovan. Rick Knight, spokesman for the DPS in Phoenix, said the van crossed both lanes of the I-10, then rolled two-and-a-half times before landing on its wheels and catching on fire. The accident occurred at about 7:20 p.m. near milepost 369.6, about six miles east of Bowie, Knight said. Jahaviel's father and mother, Rey Romero, 48, and Suzanna Romero, 49, and his sister, Myra Romero, 15, all perished in the crash. Two sisters riding in the van were also killed, Priscilla Soledad, 18, and Joyce Cisneros, 14, whose father was in one of the vehicles following them, Knight said. Jahaviel's sisters, Jennifer Romero, 14, and Angelica Romero, 15, were flown to the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix. Amy Halm, the hospital's public information officer, said that Jahaviel and Jennifer are listed in good condition, and that Angelica was released on Saturday. Knight said that none of the van's occupants were wearing seatbelts and six were ejected. All were from Chaparral, N.M. "The two families were traveling from New Mexico to Tucson where they planned to attend the District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses there," Arnold said. "DPS officers on the scene contacted dispatch, who contacted the Willcox Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses who were able to respond to the scene to provide assistance and comfort to the survivors. Surviving family members were taken into the homes of local witnesses who cared for them." The Elders of Kingdom Hall, Herb Cooke, John Bowen and Martin Garcia, went to the scene to help the victims and their families in any way they could, Arnold said. "Martin (Garcia) took the families to his home until they were able to head back to Chaparral. In another one-vehicle accident, two brothers lost their lives, but a six-year-old boy miraculously survived, late Sunday night about 12 miles west of Willcox, Knight said. Just before midnight on July 3, a gray Datsun pick-up went into the median and rolled twice, ejecting the passengers, Knight said. Two brothers from El Paso, Tex., Jesus Tarin, 41, and Guadalupe Tarin, 52, both died on scene. They were on the way from El Paso to San Bernardino, Calif., Knight said. Six-year-old Vincente Tarin, disoriented from the crash, walked to the eastbound lanes and was rescued by passing motorist Robin Morrow of Willcox, said DPS Officer Marty Bowlby. "It was very fortunate that she gathered him up out of the high speed lane," Sgt. Jeff Mitchell of the Willcox DPS said, adding that he had already lost his father and uncle, "at least we didn't lose him." "She did a really good deed ... wonderful," Bowlby said. Morrow could not be reached as of press time. Tarin was listed in fair condition as of Tuesday, said Ann Cisneros, spokeswoman for University Medical Center in Tucson. There were five fatal accidents, resulting in six deaths, on state highways over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, from Friday, July 1 at 6 p.m., through midnight on Monday, Knight said.

  at the district conventions of jehovahs witnesses there are flags of the united states and other sovereign government such as states or other countries hanging from the buildings.

  the governing body and the watchtower society rent buildings which become the equivalent of kingdom halls for the weekend.

  much as the catholic church did in the middle ages when they had the opportunity to treat their dissenters as they wished.

  i'm rubbish in the graphics department but perhaps we could get a few simple designs posted here.

  something simple that could be included in the header of any of the hundreds of apostate websites.

  it might just convey the feeling of solidarity to a common cause.. it shouldn't contain a url, just a short tagline and logo.. .
