at one point friday, the evacuation was interrupted briefly when school buses rolled up so some 700 guests and employees from the hyatt hotel could move to the head of the evacuation line much to the amazement of those who had been crammed in the stinking superdome since last sunday.. how does this work?
First responders say the delay was one of logistics that because of "blockage by buildings and aerial telephone wires they couldn't fly in with choppers".

More on Jehovah's Witnesses 'throwing up the past' hypocrisy--get this now... i was (wrongfully) disfellowshipped 15 years ago and if i was to seek reinstatement today they would hold my prior 15 year old lifestyle against me.
Moreover,if i was DFed even as far back as 65 years ago the same would apply.
Now who lives in the past?Yes,the Watchtower has no statute of limitations on your sinning against them at all.

This Jehovah's Witnesses murder occured 65 years ago and they (judging by the demented hate mail i get) are just as rabid fierce fundy fanatics today.
During this same time period MILLIONS of 'worldly' men and women were dying overseas to liberate the thousands of Jehovah's Witnesses interned in nazi concentration camps.
An estimated 2,000 Jehovah's Witnesses died maintaining their integrity in those camps 60 YEARS AGO AND THE WATCHTOWER WON'T LET US FORGET IT!

i googled some different religion home pages this morning to see how some religions/churches were responding to the disaster on the gulf coast.. all the ones that i checked, catholic, baptist, lutheran, presbyterian all made mention of the disaster and had already started some relief efforts.
the cathoic church has its own relief website, catholicrelief.org where various relief efforts around the world are listed.
(one interesting one is that the catholic church is teaming with the mormons to bring food to niger) .

i used to think that if the end didnt come within the generation that the wts would have to shut down.
as it is a multibillion dollar non profit organisation i imagined that the publishers would then each get an equal distribution of the wealth, a great incentive to stay.
but then the definition of a generation changed and makes the wts viable for a bit longer than i cared to hang around for.. how long do you think the wts can continue before people en masse realise it is a pointless cult and it drifts into oblivion.
The long term goal is cash compensation for defrauded victims.
The short term goal is to give them a 'run for their money' and provide immediate education and support for victims.
Meanwhile,we can use their devices against them.How?I have compiled a demand order of elder deletions,i want the heads of the bastards who abused my family.
