Couldn't help but think that your illustration was a reaction to a DJ mixing a Michael Jackson track in nite club
but then, not as sick as the truth of what he is saying!http://www.freeminds.org/blogs/ma-that-boy-just-ain-t-right/.
i couldn't resist posting this.
but i had to wait until i stopped laughing so hard.

Simon Baker went to school with a friend of mine not far from here. Aparrantly, it was his girlfriend who got him to go to California so she could further her acting carreer...
He was spotted while she was auditioning for something, never been to acting school and got the lead in The Guardian straight up!
He often returns to Aus to see family and doesn't want to talk about Hollywood etc, just go surfing and drink beer with old friends.
wow.
and so the wt society tightens down the screwdriver a bit more !
one of my wife and my lurking jw friends sent us this article which has some very pointed words in it inciting all jehovah's witnesses to take an even harder line view of apostates in this recent april 15th wt.. on pg.
Sounds to me that "apostates" are making a lot of head way into the congregations if they have to write such extreme statements.
No one can live for any length of time under such exteme thought control.
People will crack
has anyone felt uncomfortable telling others that they were once jws?
i have shared this info with very few people in the 19 years since i left.
i don't want to have to explain to someone who wouldn't understand anyway.
When the subject comes up with new friends they at first think I'm joking, then their jaw drops in disbelief....
After a bit of explaining people get to understand the situation. So I am not reluctant to tell people, it's just that it takes time to explain the whole story and I get bored telling the same story over and over.
mine goes back to may of 1955.. i was 17 months old.. my mother went into labor with the last of her 13 children, and i remember pitching a fit because the midwife wouldn't let me into her room.. how about you?.
sylvia.
StAnn brought a tear to my eye and a reminder that my grandchildren are watching every move, esp my 3 yr old.
She loves her Poppy.....
I remember one flash of being spoon fed baby food from a tin. Yep the fifties.
I remember because we were visiting my grandparents who lived a long way away. Grandma was baking a cake and I was on my mother's knee.
So long ago and all long gone.
i would like to know your thoughts on being spiritual as opposed to religious.
do you think they are one in the same, do you think the wts brings you to spirituality?
do you think the wts makes you a religious person?
I see spirituality as a search for meaning.
I see religion as repetative ritual to satisfy a god.
i guess i lean more towards an agnostic point of view; though if asked, i will still identify myself as a christian.
why, i'm not really sure if i'm honest with myself.
it all boils down to how i feel about the earth and all of the inhabitants thereon.
George Carlin said (or there abouts as it's been a while since I saw this show) if I had to choose a religion, I would be a sun worshipper.
I know when it's gonna come up in the morning, I feel it's warmth. I see it give life and I know when it goes down at night that it will come up again in the morning. Now that's proof of its existance!
i'm clueless.. .
I think a lot of protesters are there voicing their disgust at globalisation.
Bankers were told not to wear suits in London while the G20 is on, as they will attract protesters to their badge of wealth and prestige in these dire times.
they're annoying the heck out of us.
can't tell how they're getting in, and neither can my .
I agree with Musky. I live in the bush and peanut butter is irresistable to mice and rats.
They go nuts(ha ha) over it!!
