i pull up to the bank to use the atm ( atm in small lobby), i park next to a large truck and next to the truck was another car.
there was 1 man using the atm, and no one in line or outside.

How would you feel if someone approached you in an enclosed space, cursing you out, yelling about "when are you people going to stop thinking you can do what you want"? When that person is approx. 6'2 300lbs, male and i'm 5'4 135lb female???
I might add that unfortunately I live in an area where racism is all to prominent, confederate flags everywhere. I'm African American female and he's the "tobacco spitting", "confederate flag toting white male".

Play the hardship card - gas, time, work, etc. Tell them to meet you half way - or at a local cong in your town. If they are going to reverse their decision, I bet they make the attempt. If they know deep down inside that you are screwed, they will not make the gesture as they have nothing to lose. Then you know your decision. I would venture to ask them where is the two witness rule, especially since your son vouched for you.

I denied this, it was all circumstantial, then daughter and her mom proceed to call my believing family older brother, mom and dad, etc. on the phone saying I had sinned.
This is called slander and is a disfellowshipping offence. I would work really hard at trying to fuck them back over for getting involved in your life. Even if they DF you for failure to adhere to policy (you didn't show up) I would straight out ask them if you are being DF'd for fornication. If they say no inform them that you want to file charges against your ex for slander.

per the last jc with the elders i realized that all i had done was buy time.
they felt that we should be df'ed right on the spot, but because i made a plea to wait for a letter coming back from the wts they decided to hold on taking such action.

I was thinking about this the other day and IT DOES make a difference. If you are cooked, only your immediate family remembers you. If you are buried and have a head stone then "you" live on forever, you've left your mark, even if you didn't leave it through other means. As long as that headstone is there passerbys will be able to read "here lies ...". Whereas, cremation is only for he moment, I believe burial is forever.
I used to believe or think that I would be cremated, and I know my family and wife believe the same. I think when that day comes, hopefully no too soon, I will convince the living that a monument to the dead is worth the price...

anyway, the state i live in is having a herd management year and is offering a ton of elk permits (i put in a few months ago during the regular draw and was skunked).
here is the catch - the area is literally in no mans land.

I was thinking of renting a truck but my cheap skate brother thinks that the rental cost of ~$80.00 a day isn't worth it, when you consider lodging, gas, permit, etc. I was trying to pimp a cheap alternative, though I knew it would not work

Here is the catch - the area is literally in no mans land. It is on the opposite side of the state from where I live. Now I have an older vehicle, an IHC Scout. Which does great around my local, and outlining areas. I don't feel comfortable taking it 8+ hours away. I was thinking of renting a small car, but since I have never bagged an elk (only deer) I have no idea what it would weigh dressed and if it would even fit in a small car. Would like to take my quad too and was thinking of buying or renting a tow bar and slapping it on the rental Otherwise, I may just wait until next year and put in again for an area around me. Thoughts?

No, the "interest" is actually an "admin charge" that is how they justify it. As a corp I am sure they get one hell of a deal from the bank with the amount of cash they have on hand.
