  hey guys, i've been pimo going on full inactive for a very long time, 5+ years.

  pretty happy with the current situation.

  over the years, i've gotten lots of grief from the local elders and cos for my inactivity, attending wordly public events and social media posts.

  Save your cash - celebs receive media attention and can cause them harm in the public eye -- the cult's achilles' heel. Play 'em on and have fun with it - then fade on out to better than EVA street. Don't act like you give a care other than to your parents, of course.

  Stupid cult should be grateful anyone attends and with the sale of halls they might be begging for numbers showing up.

  Just read about the loser-elder hater -- can you tell your parents once he's gone you'll attend or something -- they need to show some empathy for you or you'll bop in now and then to test the waters. Use it as leverage -- I know they'll tell you it's your test bla bla - say your health can't take it per your medical team. Or have some fun with the hater buffoon.

  It was obvious when they were restructuring corporation status they were in protection mode -- sure took a long time for this to blow up. I couldn't believe when the catholic church was slammed (and not WT) and when discussed I was told just hold on -- the catholic church is a good place to start and just wait (re/the JWs).

  I don't like this Big Bro thing going on but hard to live without the cell, I-Pad, computer, etc. Sonos speakers or the service -- WOW. I can live without it and the ALEXA if necessary but why bother. Sounds like all the other devices have the bases covered anyway.

  i have been sad to see so many groups and individuals say that the cause of these events are the mental status of the shooters.

  i have looked over the backgrounds of these shooters, and few had medically identified mental health issues.

  it is too easy to think that people shoot or kill other people because they are mentally ill.. actually, many or most people with real mental illnesses are most likely to be the victims of others.. i have been a volunteer with the organization called nami (national alliance of mental lillness) for 25 years now.

  I agree re/ALEXA and don't trust what they say. I try to remember to unplug/plug back in when running out the door or for the workmen to enjoy their tunes. It's a pain - my husband hates it - after I threw it in the garage I brought back into the house - I wasted money on the stupid thing.

  Serious gun laws need to be implemented but you're not going to keep them out of the hands of the criminals. There's plenty of threatening people still running around -- in fact, more than ever! It's not exactly lala land. Why do the politicians have the best of security - live behind tall, private, walls. So far I've not known any law-abiding, tax-paying, hard-working, American, going psycho killing anyone and the statistics prove this.

  Interesting stats on above link (worldpopulationreview). Out of 37K over 23,000 were suicides. Out of the remaining 14,000+ homicides, only 1/2 of 1% were mass shootings (71). The balance is in weekly shootings and gang violence, etc., in big cities which no one seems to care about - amazing.

  A lot of hype about mass shootings -- relying on excuse to confiscate the right to own a gun for self protection - 2nd Amendment be damned! The left would still be proud to provide armed protection/body guards for their leaders.
