looking for a simple explanation of the ransom from a jws perspective..

The ignorance of the masses - amazing these cults get off the ground. Only Russell allowed to critique his own crazy or GB - there was a GB during Russell's rhetoric? Tyndale transcribed (interpreted?) the gospel (Bible) so the plowboy could understand yet still a window opened for Russell/charlatans but seems he was respected compared to ole con artist Booze Rutherfraud.

It's been yrs. since I read parts of Franz' book how Russell dressed all up and waltzed into room professing the Lord had appeared after all but invisibly - something wacko like. I asked a couple of JWs about this and they responded that 'he had to return at some time'! Ay yi yi.

JoenB75 - ahh, thx for info. A "secondary heavenly class?" These charlatans sure make up a lot of crazy. Good thing the JW masses are sold on everlasting life on earth w/cubbies - I sure liked idea but knew too good to be true like Santa and those beautiful Madame Alexander dolls at xmas. Amazing they call themselves the "Truth!" WOW.

I'd love to know how many have skipped. I'm sure the elderly are hanging in for dear life and I understand -- so sad.

Found answer - missed couple posts from day or so ago - per cofty it's all about proving themselves worthy through loyalty to the org. Guess doing good to other members is included or that's automatic under love thy neighbor.

Trump was ONLY SURROUNDED w/OBAMA BIGOTS/MAGOTS AND THUGS to start his administration - the lifer-leftovers of the criminal Obama team. Takes time to make determinations and oust the criminal mob left working for previous admin who did nothing for the country - a 24/7 job. President Trump has exceptional staff but clearly needs to carry on the 'you're fired' work. One who hires has to go through 100 (more like 1,000) humans today to get lucky and find one. The deep state needs to be cleaned out and surface hasn't been scratched.

Gov't employees nor politicians are expected to work for free -- (that's hilarious!) but how about politicians work and conduct themselves in a fiscally responsible manner on behalf of those they represent. Quite a dichotomy of net worth entering vs. leaving office. Taxpayers paying for all the fraud the politicians (criminal mob/deep state both parties) scheme and create. I realize many are quite proud of these clowns and how they run roughshod over the people. It's radically wrong and I don't care how big of socialist country this is.

I prefer everyone have enough food and adequate housing/education/medical vs. making professional politicians wealthy. Actually, prefer that no matter. Why is it the left donates so minimally - there's quite a huge difference vs. the conservatives re/their generous hearts/charitable orgs. Under the Obama administration school children living on road in tents - fortunate ones living in cars -- families sharing one stuffed backpack from schools via donations - young ones crying on Friday afternoon when time to leave the playground. Yeah - I'll keep referring to the criminal politicians' wealth off the back of the taxpayers - if you don't like it too bad. When you are taxed to point and see the fraud, injustice, then you can complain.

Obama had much to be proud of - what a thug.

silentbudda - ahhh, James Brown/the King or one of 'em! Would you believe I saw his show live in bay area many moons ago - what an entertainer. Throwing diamond cuff links into the crowd - can't remember which Fillmore/ Calif - long time ago. Joplin, Airplane, Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship - gads couldn't keep up - the faves.

Lord Trump (lolol - good one) has done more in 2 yrs. than the left-power wealth holders in 40 yrs. They're too stupid and have never experienced running anything other than corruption circles creating family wealth for themselves. Of course, the elites think the new socialism/communism they propose will work.

If you look at the candidate, Biden - oh my. Typical American professional politician who has lived off the backs of the taxpayers -- he's not unique.

Good thing the individual who started this topic doesn't have a clue what many Trump supporters - people who are in the top tax bracket of society and donate endless hours with charitable orgs/donating to others - feel about individuals who actually pay nothing toward the country or make peanuts in reality! Such a low opinion of the hard-working American who pays same if not more taxes than you probably pay - disgusting to think they're high echelon of society because of a few yrs. of college and so delusional. It's the wealth of others they really abhor - doesn't matter if they worked hard for it they're entitled to it.

See Cofty's post and the democratic/criminal Socialist politicians in power who can no longer hide their agenda. They'll burn the country down to halt the investigations of deep state corruption and retain power over the sheep. What they've done to the privileged-working class for decades is criminal but -- they've padded their pockets deep. Quite a game plan pitting the blacks against the whites. You're welcome, millie210 - good luck re/your political decisions. It's good you've an open mind to consider it all - time consuming but the news blasting 24/7 helps - I'll leave it there/hahaha. In the late 60s it seemed so obvious to side with the Dems re/the Viet Nam horror - in San Francisco we were quite aware of the planes arriving with bodies of deceased soldiers. My cousins (males - and I had quite a few w/my mother having 7 siblings) subject to the VN war. Female cousins - not a problem back then but I've known of a few military women/high positions here - quite educated women with families. Diifferent world today and, thankfully, much has changed.
