I also told him their views on no education were quite a red flag and I'd never allow any young ones in my family to pay any attention to the crazy! JWs are the antithesis of Christianity. Sure we learned to flip through same scriptures in their special interpretation NWT/mind control horror but as you mentioned did nothing to provide for the disadvantaged. Maybe some needing assistance were hauled to and from bunker meetings -- big deal. Probably cost them their most valued material items -- the cult has claws into any/all properties via wills/trust funds of decedents and waste no time charging in to clean up. All for the good news, of course.

I agree with WTWizard. Hopefully, the elderly man has friends in his age/peer group and doesn't have to subject his residence/possessions to wear/tear and worse. Religions used to have recreation halls/social areas -- JW cult needs every nickel for luxury abodes/vacays/security/luxurious jewelry/clothing for all clergy-class in upper echelon.
I recall a JW who located to this area and the #1 criteria buying home was a pool for schmooze/entertainment to fit into the hall's clique. They've no idea/desire to reach out to the disadvantaged or elderly.

Germ theory is being questioned like viruses by some scientists/doctors - I'm as confused as anyone but I'll jot down links next time I come across them. Gov't/military experiments have been done going back many yrs. Big pharma/cabal control big pharma, media, politics, and med schools told what curriculums to follow.

by zachias ina small incident happened to me today that has triggered me to say this.. how many of you have seen that jw are fairly hopeless and being anywhere on time.. an obvious one is the families that never miss a meeting and never miss arriving late with resultant fuss.

but in day to day things as well.arriving late for a paid job.. leaving early, ditto.. not turning up for a bbq without even a phone call.. being in all things disorganized.. and, how many of you have seen the above become the norm in people once they become jw that were not that way before....

I think people are obsessed with Elon/Tesla and imagine they'll jump for the whistle. I'm seeing more and more Tesla autos on the road as if they're economical and for I know the new smaller versions might be. Younger guys ordering the small trucks.

Those ole JW hags -- one told me I couldn't wear designer jeans with heels and furs. Swear I'd love to go to a meeting with designer jeans and Manolo Blahnik spikes (like Melania Trump sports) but don't think my Manolo Blahnik 'Kitten' heels would make a statement. If only!! Aging no fun!! The ole box-dyed, black-haired, hag, wore spikes with textured leggings (sheer) - the high heels with the conservative suits were fine - and was clueless what I wore with my jeans but I told her the fur completed the look - never leave home without it!
