The reason why so many foreigners hate Americans is because they spread so many untrue rumors about us. I've never thought myself better than anyone else in any nation.
Being on message boards for the past four years, I've heard so much bullsh;t regarding American citizens that it's unbelievable. Most people get their "information" about Americans from movies and/or media bias.

Do americans force children to stand and salute the flag?
When I was in grade school we were forced to stand and salute the flag during the Pledge of Allegiance.
For some reason that never sat right with me. Although I like being an American, I can't stand the government's forced flag worship. If I don't want to salute the flag or pledge "allegiance" to it (how stupid), I shouldn't have to. If I go out and spend my hard-earned money on an American flag, which is nothing more than a piece of cloth, I should have the right to desecrate it if I feel the need.
It's my property, but it's illegal for me to do anything harmful to it.

I was just there a couple weeks ago. I love the Inner Harbor. I would go there tonight to watch the fireworks, but I don't want to fight the crowd.
i see some of you have been hurt or feel mislead with the organization.
even if you dont like the organization and choose not to be apart of it, i can see where you come from.

I'd say tha being in the org confirmed my suspicions that there is no God. If he were real, I highly doubt that he'd allow so many evils to take place in his name. Being a JW was simply the nail in the coffin. They helped me to free myself from the constraints of Christianity, and for that I'm grateful.
As far as the 4th goes, I love living in this country! Compared to most, we're all stinking rich. Our government is far from perfect, but our founding fathers were geniuses and we're reaping the benefits. I have no problem paying homage to our nation. In conclusion:

i was lucky to have been brought up in the troof, because if i hadnt, i wouldnt have known about the demons and how they are always looking for opportunities to lead us astray by appearing as ghosties, or by making household objects float, or by getting into our house through items bought from car boot sales.. my first memories of the deemunz was quite early, say aged 5 or 6. i used to think they were at the end of the bed, and so i had to sleep with my legs curled up as tightly as possible, so they wouldnt get my toes.
i cant even begin to think what terrible things they were going to do with my piggies, but sure as the apostles i wasnt going to give them a chance.. aged 7 or 8 i knew the deemunz were after me, because i was special.

when I got married I was so scared of the deemunz, if my husband worked away I was too scared to go to sleep at night.
My mother said the same thing. My stepfather drove a truck and was often away for days at a time, and my brother and I would stay with my biological father on weekends. She would hear noises at night, record players would come on, and toys would activate themselves in my bedroom.
No strange things have "happened" since we stopped going to the kingdom hell. There is no fear or paranoia.

I've always wondered why some of the women grunt so much when they play tennis. I was watching a match the other day and a blond-haired woman (can't think of her name) was making high-pitched siren sounds every time she hit the ball. "Boooou!.....Boooou!"
It reminded me of a deaf person or someone with Tourette's.
i was reading some pro flood info and i came across an intriguing point regarding chalk - the fact that it is composed almost entirely of shells.
now i have no desire to start a pro flood blah blah debate.
this is a sincere non religious question for our marine biologists / geologists - why is chalk white and not layered with silt and sand?

At first I thought she was simply trying to make me jealous for some reason, but then I saw her walking and carrying on with the guy from the car dealership when I was driving to her house: flirtatious touching and all.
Yet she doesn't know him.......riiight. When I rode past them, she saw my car and put her hand over her mouth and if to say, "Oh sh't, I've been busted."
And I make no apologies, SHE IS A BIOTCH!
