  MY MUMS IS DIEING O F CANCER?

  my mums in hospital in nottingham england she is a current jw and has stomach cancer.she is a lovley mum but has been brain washed not to have the blood so they left the opp to build her up.

  because she would need blood during the opp if she is weak she will die on the opp table.but she has got worse and weaker so now am losing my mum through waiting.she would have had a chance.

  but now it looks like she has 2 weeks of life left.why???

  And you let it happen ?
  Yell, holler, throw them out !
  She's your Mom for Pete's sake !
  And why don't you talk to the doctors and nurses?
  You are her son, you are family, the JWs just want to make sure that they have another martyr !

  No, I was not trying to be offensive. Sorry it came out the way it did...
  Why did they choose France as an exemple ? because of the size of the country I guess, because France is about the size of Texas and they give Texas as an exemple too.
  I don't wish such catastrophe onthe people of Afghanistan or Iraq, they suffer enough already.
  And as you say, the weather could be altered for years to come, so the whole world would suffer, and life as we know it would cease to exist...
  But the JWs tell us that God will not allow such destruction of the earth to happen...

  I forget to mention that we will begin running chapters of the book on the Commentary Press web site, as soon as my friend , XXXXX, can get them set up. We will try to run chapters from both Crisis of Conscience and In Search of Christian Freedom, perhaps doing so in several languages. That should be included in any response made to those attributing financial concerns to the action to limit use of the book material on certain web sites, since this will be free material for reading. As of now I believe the entire Russian translation is available on the Internet, free.

  Here is what Ray Franz has to say about all this :

  Thanks for calling this to my attention. My reason for not wanting book material to be run on certain web sites is purely because of finding their approach out of harmony with my own principles and standards, so many are engaged in Watch Tower trashing and extremely negative. Some sites present material that promotes agnosticism and distrust of the Scriptures, even atheism (one such site being in Scandanavia). The financial aspect never entered the picture.

  So, if you want to quote me on this you're welcome to do so. As to my being alive, I think of Mark Twain's quote: "The reports of my death have been highly exaggerated."

  I think I know the source of the letter-writer mentioned as seeking help and will be answering her very soon. The pile of correspondence now is around 50 or 60 letters awaiting answer.

  Ray Franz is alive, 80 years old...
  Still very busy. But he had a stroke last year and has slowed down a little.
  He usually answers letters. But as I said he's very busy and can't do as much as he used to.

  tired from another long day i entered home and immediately knew something was wrong.

  it was very quiet and the only light on was in the kitchen.

  entering the room it was spotless, clean dishes and glasses shining in the dishrack of the sink.
