  i work with a guy who sleep with a lot of different woman, and when i say a lot, i mean a lot!

  i know what some are thinking, "oh he probably sleeps with a few and makes it sound like more.

  " well i would think that too, if i did not actually meet a lot of these woman and work with some of them and they admit to sleeping with him on a regular basis.

  ...and you are saying this character goes around and points and is like, see her? yeah, she's one of my ho's!? haha. im not sure if im buying his story. i dont know many women who are collectively into sharing the same man like this, especially in a confined work environment. but whatever. right or wrong, truth or lie...unless you work in a carnival or are a bunch of voyeurs, lol, i doubt it.

  npr has revived an old radio thing from the 50's called "this i believe".

  the one yesterday had penn jillette (kind of my hero anyway) getting around there requirement for a positive assertion of faith, by saying he positivily believes there is no god.. anyway, it's now become my favorite essay.

  For thirty three years we walked the same path...and now he's gone.

  my little friend, is gone.

  for thirty three years we walked, he flew actually and then when too old, he walked, but we walked the same path.

  yesterday morning i found he had died in the night and now....well, now all the sadness is here.

  Fire in Portland!!

  details are sketchy yet, but my brother tim, whom many of you portlanders have now met, had a fire in his apartment this morning.

  the damage isn't total, but its devastating.

  he did not have rental insurance, and the fire marshall says the cause is an extension cord he had daisy-chained into a surge protector.

  woe...this is horrid news. tragedy could not have happened to a sweeter person. you know how you meet someone and you feel instantly comfortable around them... like they are a just a good old soul? thats how i felt when i met your brother, (((tim))). my heart goes out and if there is anything i can do please pm me.... ANYTHING. really. this sucks. :o(

  i read ladylees thread about her sister and realized how short life is, sometimes you loose track of time and don't even realize it.

  we are all so busy with a million things and sometimes we forget to tell our brothers and sisters how we feel about them so i will take the time to tell them tonight how much i love them.

  when you hear christian do you think of jehovahs witnesses?

  when i hear the word christian, i dont think witnesses per say. but when i hear the words JW, i think christians. now i dont know if that makes sense, but, i see no distinction and associate them all, one in the same, under the wonderful world of make believe.
  
  even if there is a god, why cant christians just stop talking about it for awhile. what do they think they are accomplishing by stalking people outside of weight rooms...and flashing million dollar bills? lol. “An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.” shhh...they could learn a thing from the dali lama.

  grouping all of islam together under one giant ethnocentric umbrella isnt doing anyone any good. besides, its the least of their concerns. they are killing each other after all.
