i have always loved accents, whether they're british, irish, scottish, australian, whatever.
i think they're so cute.
i have always wanted to date someone with an accent (of course they have to have a lot more than the accent going on).. now that i am to be divorced soon, i keep thinking next time i date (won't be for a while--i am just daydreaming about what i want) i want to meet someone with an accent.. since i don't have a lot of money to travel to other countries, am i just being silly?.
I love accents too. Course im lucky to live in a country where theres a different accent every 5 miles.
When I got divorced I had a young daughter, and I felt that if I REALLY cared properly about her I would have an affair with men from most if not every european country so that she could learn lots of different languages while she was young!
hi guys... on an off chance that someone here might know..... my manager is one of those very well spoken, very clean cut & well attired breed of men.
however he wears this dull gold ring that looks very ordinary.
it has me intrigued because it just doesn't match up with everything else.

i think it was saw iii or something, all this blood, gore, shrieking and grotesque violence, all i can do is ask with a sense of awe --why?
why would someone want to watch that?.

And I think people who say horror movies make them laugh have just been desensitised to violence, and IMO I think thats a really bad thing.
lately, here in ottawa, there is a tv ad for a comedy show.
it has a "teacher" in front of a 3 student class.
the teacher says that when he asks a question everyone should put up their hand.
I dont like pointless violence.
But I did like The Young Ones where they used to hit the hippy, and The Black Adder where he used to hit Baldrick, and Reeves and Mortimer where they used to hit each other in the face with frying pans....

hello everyone.. i'm an "active" jw and have been for...13 years but my faith in the jw org died about 5 years ago.. so, i've been doing the jw thing for 5 years now without believing in it.
i might be an ms soon, unfortunately.. i tried telling my parents about it but they said apostates are good with twisting words and whatnot.. they wouldn't even let me show them evidence of wt hypocrisy; however, my mother did say she found it odd that every once in a while, there's that publisher resolution of donating a certain amount a year.
there might be hope for her yet.
My doubts never were about God, but the WT claiming to be the rep. of God. I still have faith in God. =)
Welcome Chameleon. You are in good company here. Lots of people still have a strong faith in god, they have just decided that god doesnt work soley though a 12 old men.
I empathise with your position. Its not easy when you stand to lose a family and support system. I hope you find a way of resolving your issues. Always remember that life does go on, and sometimes it even gets better. It did for me, but then being a woman I was never lined up for greatness within the religion.

I would have the ability to breathe out gales of ice cold air and also warm air like a heater.
I would have an eye in the back of my head hidden in my hair, but that could see really well.
I would have a catalytic converter up my ass that changed stinky fart gas into lavendar scent before it came out.

I think people who have experienced genuine horror for real do not find horror movies entertaining.
Its a luxury to be able to watch violence and evil as a form of entertainment and enjoyment. If you lived in Iraq or Afghanistan or anywhere where evil and violence were a part of daily life you might want some other form of escape in your spare time.

I dont know how you can hold your tongue. But I suppose turning him in is such a JW thing to do, and also would they beleive you as an Ex JW? And also turning him in would be like playing their game by their rules.
I dont know how he can do all that stuff and his conscience not bother him. I think that kind of double life damages the person themselves at some level. Having to be deceitful to everyone all the time has got to be damaging.
in sweden it was told inn a letter from the society today that they hade sold ther assambly hall from 1jan 2007, a bigg hall for 6000 peopel, and bigg hotell and, also camping area , and some buldings, fore under 10 million dollar.we hade all our bigg summer assambleys ther, it was fore the whole country.. .
when we by it, it was a blessing from jehova, now it was to bigg and to expensive, as i understand it the gb gave decide this, our country was to small to have so bigg and expensive establishment.. .
