this might be a difficult question, but i am going to ask it anyway.
someone here probably knows the answer.. does a pop song probably from the 1980's sung by a solo female artist that ends with several lines of "ahhhhhh" sound familiar to anyone?.
the song ends with the singer modulating "ahhhhhh" for at least 20 seconds.. when this song is played over the radio the dj's sometime "sing" along with the "ahhhhh" part.. ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ah ahh ahh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh a".
Definitely not 80's I remember they did a record signing at virgin records In Birmingham in the early 90's and no-one turned up apart from myself and the band. They weren't well known at the time. It was around 1993 because I worked a few doors down from virgin records at the time.
They were all very nice and I got a kiss off of Dolores
I still have the records they signed for me.

i have searched the net and am trying to figure out what to do with them.
I did a blind listening test on a friend's stereo comparing cd to vinyl. Before I was somewhat skeptical that there was a significant difference in the sound quality.
I enjoy listening to music and have a reasonably good hifi and I wouldn't say I was an audiophile but even I could tell the difference in the tracks I compared, and vinyl was better. The friend did say that it does depend on the CD as some have a better sound than others.
Ebay is the way to go if you want to sell your vinyl on, there is no way you will get anything like their retail value from a dealer. A dealer might agree to take all of them in one go though.
