why oh why has american tv made its own version of this brilliant british series?!

it's like cracker all over again!

I saw the first episode of the American remake of the Office, and I thought it was ok.
No where near as good as the original. The script was very very similar, so why even bother remaking it? Carrol seems to 'act' to much, where as you just though Gervais was Brent, and he wasn't acting at all, just 'being Brent'

I don't watch LOG, but i've seen the trailer for Apocalypse and it seems very funny!

recently i discovered a close friend of mine is a jw, and after she told me a little about the religion, i have decided to look deeper in to it, as i find it interesting and something which i want to know a lot about.
