It doesn't so much describe my mood ... but I have been waking up the last week or so singing in my head Wynona Judd's "The Other Side"
okay, so the site is full of people talking about their husbands, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, ex-wives, ex-husbands, ex-girlfriends and ex-boyfriends, childhood crushes, current crushes, future crushes, favorite positions, etc.. .
by the very nature of rejecting marriage, there's very rarely an occasion to voice our disinterest in romance.
we just kind of sit their silently while everyone else talks about their sexual and romantic preferences.. i'm sure i'm not the only one here, so how about it?
I am disinterested in MARRIAGE. To me it is just a stamp by the government that puts me in a different tax bracket that is less beneficial for me at this time. If it ever becomes beneficial for me tax/insurance/financially then maybe my partner and I will get married. Both of us don't care about marriage one way or the other. Truthfully we would both rather not marry. But we will more than likely move in together.
ROMANCE - I am a loner by nature. I can be in a relationship or not. I have very seldom ever had a problem with leaving a relationship that went sour. And I never really have had a problem entering a relationship that seemed to have good potential. I totally enjoy the one I am in now. I dont think I would be considered a romantic person even though my partner is quite romantic. That is not a must for me but I appreciate what is in my life.
As for SEX ... I love it. Always have, pretty much. I was celibate while a JW but that doesn't mean I didnt love sex. Not everyone's sex is great but when you really have a great sex partner it is awesome. And when I havn't had a great sex partner self-sex and fantasy kept my love for sex alive.
So that'sy 2 cents..

the elder giving the public talk a couple of weeks ago told the congregation that there are more and more.
movies and tv programs, like charmed, or books and movies like harry potter that must be avoided at all costs.
because they are a direct link to demonism and spiritism.
Aww Mannn ... and I love those shows.
I try to make sure I see every show and movie that JWs would consider demonized. Not because of them but because they truly are the ones I find most entertaining. I absolutely love Ghost Whispers.
I be glad when I can actually turn my head all the way around and move things with my mind ... tehehee
my husband and i decided to go somewhere next year -- anywhere in the world.
consider we live in america and have never been ouside of america.
(well -- jamaca/caimen islands but that doesn't really count!
Cool! I definitely have not been everywhere but ... my 2 cents...
... most Americans who dont travel out of the states much like a European trip I think. (I'm not a fan of London though) You can hit at least 3 good countries in 2 weeks and feel ok about your safety and English. It wont be their main language but they are use to English. I lived in Hamburg for a bit. And going country to contry can be as easy as traveling state to state here. If that doesn't float your boat because of the Euro exchange rate..
If you want a fantastic exchange rate try Thailand. Phuket is known for it's hospitality and great deals. We are planning on going there next year. Of course you have to be willing to spend all of that time on the Airplane.
My Sweetie has gone to Shanghai and Tokyo on business several times. He doesn't recommend it for a vacation. We dont like crowded pushiness.
We wanted to go to the Maldives this year (the bungalows on stilts in the water w/ glass bottom floors) but decided on Bora Bora instead because we can get the same bungalows without spending as much time on a plane. It is expensive but WOW!
I hear good things about New Zealand. And eventually we want to do South Africa. Upon research South Africa was surprizingly less expensive then I thought it would be.
Hawaii is also awesome (Kauia less tourist-E ~ Maui medium tourists)
PS ~ if you are on myspace I have pics of the places I have been in the last couple of years. www.myspace.com/smiles_mr_smiles
Enjoy the process of exploring the possibilities ...

It really depends on what yall like ... beach or city, cold or warm, museums or ruins or neither ... etc. Once you kind of narrow down things like that then it would be easier to decide where would best fit you and your sweetie.
I love to travel and get to quite a bit ... I'm sure yall are going to have a blast!!
for so many years i put hours and hours into field service and the like.
hot stuffy cars catering to the whims of old women and arrogant men.
i bit my nails to the quick .

we have a craft store here in the midwest called hobby lobby.
besides the glue and yarn, etc they carry a lot of crosses.
no other religious items just crosses.
I say the man has a right to sell whatever he wants to sell and I have a right to buy there or not.
Thank goodness the above is true.
