  First of all, understand and really trust that "this too shall pass".

  Second, as others have recommended, see your physician to get his advice, perhaps a medication might help, and you should probably also seek the counsel of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

  "a new circuit assembly program is scheduled to begin in september.

  jojo, can't tell yet if they're remnants of the original scientists and/or subjects. The new Other woman told Jack "that was a long time ago" when he mentioned it. I suspect she's going to be Jack's new love interest, leaving Kate for Sawyer. (Better match anyway.)

  They obviously have created a sort of idyllic little commune there. Why they're such a-holes, I have no clear idea.
