The movie matrix come to mine . The only problem caine, in the movie the person who turn his friends in just to go back to old life in the matrix would not remerber the truth. In your case if you have learn the truth about truth, maybe you have not done the research.But if you have like most of us , then it will be very hard to sit there in those meetings taking in lies and then try teaching them. What kind of person would knowingly preach lies.Can you stomach that?? You stated , they might treat me like dog dung. How old are you? What kind of person would go thru that. Think about it, you crawling back to serve a bunch of nutty power hungry men. You are knowingly returning to the Matrix, sorry the truth.

I WAS SUFFERING FROM ANXIETY DISORDER WHEN I BECAME A JW. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE THAT PROBLEM BUT BEING A VIET NAM VET I WAS ALSO SUFFERING FROM PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). NOW I CAN SEE WHY I MOVE UP SO FAST IN THE RANKS. BECAME A ELDER AT 29. I WAS A COMPLETE NUT CASE.

that there were 93,000 elders in 1994, and less than 60,000 today, in the united states.. i thought these figures deserved their own thread, as they are shocking to me, and to see if anyone else has heard anything similar.. i'll post a link to the other thread as well.

continue from last post. The year i left most of my non jws family was studying too become jws. As a result of my disfellowship and shunning practices my non jw family members realize this was a cult. So you see how many years went by before results begain to show. The day i decided not to go back I did know where it would lead me. Just a few weeks ago , my brother who is a elder told me, you can come back, get reinstate and if you do not attend the meetings that we be o.k. The reason for this, my non jws family have stop doing things to please them. IF we have a family gathering all will be included, if you chose not to come because your brother will be there, then so-be-it...So now the jw famliy members do not get invited. We have a large family.The jw family feel it is all my fault because the family is divide.

1987 my last meeting attendence. Lost my family, wife four kids two sons two daughters. Today, both my sons are out and doing very well. My son ex wife thier son her sister and husband and kids are out. One of my daughters her husband and my grand kids come by to visit me regular they are jws. The year I left there were 28 family members jws. Non jws families 16... Today 40 non jws and counting, jws family members 22 and falling.

THE EARLY 80,s I WAS INVOLVE IN THE QUICKBUILD. SMALL TOWN IN OKLAHOMA. A SMALL CONG. I WAS A YOUNG ELDER, THREE ELDERS IN THE CONG. MEETING ATTENDANCE 30-40 . SO THE LOAN WAS GREAT. BEFORE I MOVE TO SERVE, THE CONG TRAVEL 20 MILES FOR MEETINGS. SO IT WORK OUT GREAT FOR THOSE MEMBERS. WE WERE SO EXCITED TO HAVE A NEW KH. THIS WOULD BRING IN NEW CONVERTS. SINCE 1984 ONE PERSON, THE GROWTH FAMILY MEMBERS AND FAMILIES THAT MOVE IN TO SERVE WHERE THE NEED IS GREAT.

DO YOU REALIZE THE MONEY YOU RECEVIE IS MAKING SOMEONE RICH. HE WAS A DRUNK BUT VERY INTELLIGENT. I REMERBER THIS BECAUSE HE TOLD ME, THER ARE MEN AT WT. HEAD OFFICE THAT ARE BECOMING VERY WEALTH BECAUSE OF FOOLS LIKE YOU. GUESS WHAT MY RESPONSE WAS, YES I AM A FOOL FOR JEHOVAH. AND THEN HE TOLD ME GIVE THE MONEY TO HIM , HE WOULD USE IT WISELY. IF I HAD KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT I KNOW TODAY WE BOTH COULD HAVE SHARED THAT BOTTLE OF WINE.
