by Terry innow is the time (to quote an old kingdom song)..... to challenge jw's everywhere who are pointing to the "difficult times hard to deal with" in the news around the world.
and declaring armageddon is absolutely, positively nigh.. for one thing, they always point to something somewhere, don't they?.
and whatever it is---absolutely means time is short.. but, it is the usual nonsense, bullshit, poppycock over-statement, exaggeration and hype.. call them on it this time!.

DF two or three times, never A MS or Elder. When we talk he
complains about the the problems with in the congregation.
Two years ago I told him the WT was part of the UN, he told
me if this was true he would walk today, didn,t happen.
I told him records are kept on all the offense you made over
the years, and if you move to A differnt congregation they
will know of your past, no way he said, maybe they use too
but no more. Then he look me stright in the eyes and ask
me why I won,t come back.
This type of JW are the most difficult to talk too. First of
all, they know little of what they preach. They know just
enough to convince, well no one. They favorite Scripture
is Matthew 24;14-26.. They feel the WT education have given
them A special insight in understanding the world events.
He,s my son-in-law but he is so arrogant . Whatever
subject you bring up, he,s A authority on that subject. He
had convince my daughter that KFC grew chicken breast only.
He knows just enough to be A danger to him self.

Humans have only been around for 6000 years? I have a question...
by KristiKay inof corse i know that we've been around much longer, i think it's more like 250,000. what i'm wondering , is it even possible to turn 2 people into almost 7billion, in that short period of time?
and during that time, two white, or probably some shade of brown people gradually became all the differnt races we have today?
that dosen't seem logical, i know jws aren't logical, but did this ever cross anyones mind while they were in this religion?.

doors or street work. Man I miss that, but instead Iam
meeting my brother and A minister for A round of Golf.
The temperature in the 70,s. The minister and I will discuss
the bible. When he start beating me on the course I will
bring up , Adam was not the first man, this in turn will
screw up his game and then I will beat him again.

me and my husband and 2 children stopped going nearly a year ago after numerous issues, and basic doubts.
while we were in the cong i had an 'incident' with a brother who claimed to love me and wanted to leave his wife for me.

said about me that would make your head spin and many others
on this site.
"you are the devils child". We all become the devil s children when
we leave the borg.
"Her mother crying every day and telling her she is going to die, her
and her children at armageddon". How sick is that.
Bez; If you walk into A mental insitution and A patient confront you,
and that patient call you every disgusting name in the book.
Would you be upset, no, why because you know the person is
mental. The mother is not walking on stable ground, she sounds a little nuts.
The borg still have some control over your life. When you get to
the point in your life if A Jw tell you, Bez you are the same as
A dog that return too his vomit, you laugh in their face, you
will die at the end of days, you chuckle in their face and tell
them , you are as nutty as A fruit cake. Get control over your life.
When you realize how comical these people can be and not
to be taken seriously, then you will move on.

They really are pooping their pants over these latest "signs"...
by undercover ini've seen a few threads/posts where some of y'all have heard from jw contacts and how they've stepped up their 'the end is close' rhetoric because of the earthquake/tsunami in japan.
i usually take those things with a grain of salt.
there's always some jw whose cheese has slipped that reads prophecy into every little thing that happens.

Think about the mental state of the every JW today. There,s not
much to rave about in JW world. The same old BS until something
like this occur, it gives them hope for A short period of time. It
rejuvenate their faith, it strengthen their faith. They are pooping
their pants because this is A small victory for their side, ( in their
delusional mind).

Why the wife and I chose Jehovah's Witnessess.
The 60,s and 70,s were turbulent times, the Viet Nam war,
Dr. King, hippies, LSD and other drugs, the black movement,
segregation, the start of gangs ,Malcom X, the possibility of
A nuclear war. One day A JW ask me what is the most segregated
institution in this country, the churchs ( wasn,t aware of their past).
He invited me to the meeting and I was impress in what I saw.
I thought it was the best life for my kids.
