Pathological liars, have you known any. His creditabitlty is
always questionable.. A person like that forget his lies
and then begain living in A fantasy world. The WT may not
be Pathological but here recently they are getting close.
They have forgot what they wrote in the past. Someone
mention, thier lies have become truths in JW land.

The blessings of being disfellowshipped
by JRK indon't get me wrong, it does suck.
but after being on ex-jw boards for years, and being df'ed for almost 10; i do see some hidden blessings.. first, you do not have to struggle with fading successfully.
you are just out; the cord has been cut.

The advantage today for those that are DF, recover time.
So much info to deprogram. Not like it was when I was DF years
ago. There is some conslolation in knowing that your are not along
others have done the same, and they are OK. The greatest feeling
in the world is when you discover who you are, and let your
conscious guide you.

( i give credit to the poster password protected for giving me the idea of this thread ) .. after exiting the witnesses in 2003 i have noticed many changes within the wt society which really surprised me but after analyzing the changes - they really have convinced me the wt society and jehovah's witnesses are a mind control cult intent on ruling people's lives.

You think some day A change in the elders arrangement.
Why, because there are not many men reaching out for that
position. With the legal problems the organization is having,
young men in that position can be costly..My brother A elder
is spent, and he,s only 59yrs old.

Elder in 7yr yrs. Move up in the ranks fast, because I served where
the need was great. Allways felt uneasy as A 29yr old elder counseling
sisters much older in family matters. Did not care for the status, did not
care for the thought that people families are govern by what I tell them.
Just didn,t like the idea, I was having A hard time with my own family, who
was I to tell you what,s best for your family.
