  New tattoo on tuesday

  hey guys, .

  well, i've been wanting a tattoo for almost a year now.

  i wanted a raven picture, but couldn't find one i liked...the parlor showed me one that i absolutely loved.. i'm getting this tattooed on my wrist...what do ya think of it?.

  FreedomFrog, just a word of warning.....they're addictive!

  My daughter had her first (a duck with attitude) on her shoulder at 14 (yes I signed for it) her second (a chubby demon with horns, tail and halo) at the bottom of her back at 15 and the last several months ago at 17 1/2 is a specially designed tribal band with hearts interweaved and her late grandfather's initials (RJM) in english script around the top of her left arm. She's now deciding what and where the next one will be.

  She has her bellybutton, left eyebrow and labrea pierced and this week her hair is Blackcherry!

  i am in personal communication with a female poster here at jwd, we had a discussion the other day about a member here that had contacted her and told her that he was a female, but then later said in a post that he was indeed a male.

  Oldflame, would you like some cheese with you whine? I for one find you language objectionable and would advise you that your use of profanity negates any good you were trying to do. You are way to defensive and resort to profanity and whining. If it is such a great concern you and the person you are trying to protect should immediately advise Simon...with copies of the PM's, transcripts of conversations and name or names of the participants. Understand there are a number of us on JWD that have been victims of abuse...every type you could possibly think of. So to cop the attitude you have when inquiries are being made as to your accusations/insinuations without providing further proof is boorish.

  If you don't care if you are blocked from this site....then the above referred to accusations/insinuations must not be valid or you'd be more concerned about staying on here and protecting us poor, dumb women who according to you don't know how to protect ourselves.

  OldFlame, did you make the comment about Mr. Bush under the appropriate subject....like Members Only Political???? or Adult and Heated?

  Perhaps, after learning of this she is a he or is he a she??? you should have contacted Simon and adivsed him without taking it upon yourself to warn everyone.....Simon or one of his assistants would have checked it out and probably blocked this person.

  And last......please don't accuse us of being uncaring JW's most of us are not JW's and even when we were we cared about others.

  it's true!

  as many of you know, i was divorced in may of this past year, but forced by financial circumstances to continue sharing the marital home with my ex-husband.

  that situation alone is very stressful, but add to it my surgery/treatment for breast cancer and the fact that our house is still not on the market for sale (due to repairs that must be completed, but which i am unable to do and ex- doesn't care to do/take care of) was making me feeling like i was living in a holding tank instead of a home.

  my mom came home with some wonderful experiences from the annual meeting at bethel, related by bethelites in her hall.

  unfortunately she couldn't remember any of them... any details on this???.

  Yeh Crazyblondeb life was like that for us too in the car on the way home from the meetings and even worse after assemblies/conventions. I got to the point where I actually wrote out one point...otherwise our JW mother would have our non-JW father "discipline" us when we got home! I truly cannot remember one meeting/assembly/convention this did not happen after, can I ever remember coming home from the KH happy. Kinda makes you wonder doesn't it.

  it's...interesting.

  as far as i can tell from poking around there seems to be a mix of the faithful, the inactive, and the disfellowshiped (like myself).

  info about selling houses and pioneering right before 1975???

  i seem to remember a kingdom ministry (or was it a watchtower?

  ) that praised the bros. for selling their houses and using the last few years of "this old system of things" to pioneer... right before 1975. does anyone know which one it was?.

  i need it for a ebay person that is calling their fellow bros and sis idiots if they thought that armageddon was coming in 1975.

  Garybuss, I don't know if I've ever said this to someone I've never met, actually I know I haven't, but I love you and I love you comments. You never fail to hit the nail on the head.....or should I just comment on your comment DITTO!

  Soledad, my son was born in February of 1975, not on purpose, but that's the way it worked out and a number of the older sister, my mother included "rejoiced that he would be growing up in the new system of things". I was also told I should have waited, because then I wouldn't have had to suffer through labor pains??????? He didn't (grow up in the truth, let alone the new system of things), I did (have 72 hours of labor)! Go figure!

  Minimus Is Demonized

  i posted this on a different thread regarding my mother but her sister (my aunt) told her that because i left the "truth" and am living my life outside of bible principles, that the "demons" are affecting her.

  she told my mom that twice last week, "the demons pushed her" and caused her to fall.

  because my mother associates with me and my mom associates with her sister----therefore the "contact" is made thru my mother to her.

  Minimus, I think it is lovely that you will share your demons with you aunt through you mother. How kind of you to share.

  If they don't want them, why don't they just call on the name of Jehovah to protect them?
