  Hidden Images; last time.

  thanks again to all those who responded with an open mind to my postings regarding hidden images in the wt publications, but wow, i have heard from some pretty forceful personalities who are apparently still pissed off about getting duped by the wtbts.

  so many flames, so many flamers .

  calm down, get some pot, get some beer, get some therapy, but please get over it and yourselves.

  if you still believe in the bible ... please tell me why

  why i can't anymore : sorry for my poor english, but i've tried hard !!

  since the beginning of the time, till the 19th century and more, most of stories and songs for kids, was made to scary them with a moral at the end.

  to me, the bible is one of kind of that type of book (for children we are inside).

  Corinne: I still would like to be abble to find out that God does exist (it would be so confortable) ... But nothing helps me in this matter. It take times to change our mind. it take me two years to stop believe in the Bible as God's word and to understand what the evolution is, but during this two years i still had the feeling of God's presence and existence. The big difficulty for me, was and is death. Bye Charles

  Translation of "Crisis of Conscience" in French

  "crisis of conscience" (4th edition - revised 2002) is now completely translated in french.. for those who understand (or read) french, there are two new chapters of coc on my website :.

  please note this is made at the request and with the complete agreement of raymond franz.. translation was procuced by a team of five persons : two living in france, two in belgium (my wife and myself) and one in the usa (my dear friend celia, a member of this forum).. one point remains : the book is not yet published, because with face some difficulties to find a publishing house.. jacquesrequest to put on this website two chapters of "crisis of conscience" in french .

  The high mayor of a French town hates JW's

  my brother visited us today, and told us an interesting experience he had last week in france.

  he was in the netherlands on business, and they went to france for a few days to visit friends of one of his business contacts, who was the high mayor of a french town, i cannot pronounce, or remember.

  one evening this man began to rant and rave about the jehovah's witnesses in his town and how much he hates them.

  Unfortunatelly this mayor is minsinformed. JW in France, don't pay more tax than other religion. And the State council has, two years ago, recognised them as a religion, in fact, not implicitely, but this is the same practicely. Bye Charles

  The cross and crown is a christian's symbol. Some catholic's and protestant's denomination use it.

  How Do The French Feel About Us?

  a uk newspaper carried this report:.

  the showpiece cenotaph at the graveyard in northern france was smeared in red paint with the words: dig up your rubbish.

  Well, there are a long time that i have not post here.

  I am scandalised by what some stupid guy have made on an english's cimetery, here in France.

  I am only surprised that a lot of people here think that it was "The French" who have made that, or if they don't think that, that it could be an example of what the french thinks about american, english, etc..

  The only thing that i could say about what 70% of french are thinking (not 100%), is that they think that an international war must be planified by a lot of countries and not only two. This is why the UN has been builded after the second war. I can say that the majority in France don't support the tyranic Sadam Hussein, but a war against him should be made on the international right.

  I am sure that people who are supporter of the war, think that they are not against Iraqis but they are against Sadam Hussein and his followers. Why would you think that it is different for 70% of french. They are not against americans or englishs, australians, they are against a war they have not understand. Have we found chimic's weapons in Iraq ? Have we found Al Qaida's links with Sadam Hussein ? Why have we not destroyed Sadam in 1991 ? This is the kind of question that i always understand, a war is something very important and this question should be answered before the war. Nobody has answered to this question.

  Another point, you are always agree with your friends, with your husband or your wife ? So if we are agree in a lot of thinks, because the french's government is not agree with Mister Bush in this case, you think that we are not friend of american, english, etc...
