The paperwork is a legal document and if he fails to follow every rule he is in contempt. If it says he has to pay - he has to pay!

our paperwork does state that you have to try every effort to use in network doctors. Unless its an emergency and out of network is the first/only available. Otherwise the person choosing out of network without permission has to pay the entire amount. But I would have to go to court to get the money since i am sure he is just not willing to pay cause i ask him nicely.

I just spoke to the ins co. and they can't really do much to prevent anything since they aren't aware of appts etc. untill they get the claim from the doctor. He isn't on their list as someone they can speak to or give out info to so that is good.

Should I just keep record of this and of every other thing he does wrong till I have a rock solid case against him? Or should I fight every issue as it happens?

has there always been restrictions on who can attend?

please use this thread only to post good memories.. i remember going to the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf coast and playing in the sand with dad and chasing mom with dead jellyfish.
the water was crystal clear.

I remember my brother being nice and letting me play with him and his friend Jeremy and letting me go with them to the field behind our house and showing me thier sorta fort. It was just an open area in the field and there was old furniture there. I felt so big and grown up out there. It was fun. I am still waiting for him to let me go with them down in the sewers.

My brother introduced me to this movie while i was still under JW control but was Df'd at the time and found the movie extremely funny. Maybe a JW seeing this movie and finding it funny does have hope of leaving the chains of the religion.

How do I celebrate birthdays? Or Xmas?
by Rayvin ini just recently started having b-days in the past couple of years for my kids.
they were a flop!i didn't know when to bring the cake out.. when to sing "happy b-day" or anything.
i felt like an idiot!only 3 kids showed up and no one elsed called to even say they weren't coming.

I was raised from the womb as JW. I also give gifts when i get the feeling so it was hard to plan for the happy occasion of xmas.(?) I was more worried about all the money I am spending. (since one of the things i would say back when i was JW to defend myself for not celebrating xmas..etc was "how lucky i am that i don't have to go broke every year for xmas" and " didn't you know that the suicide rate is higher during the holidays?")
me and hubby are also in a hard place. Family visits occasionally and sometimes stop by un announced. We have to worry. What if we have lights up and then his mom wants to visit??? We have a small tree so its easy to put away.
For some reason.. no idea why but Halloween was always my favorite!!!!!! I would so love to go ALL OUT and decorate the yard the house.. everything for Halloween. I just love costume parties!!!
