I just sent an email to the governing body
by Awakened at Gilead ini sent a link to my new video and told them that they were featured in it.
i hope this induces mass hysteria at the tower office.. i guessed the addresses, and i haven't gotten any error messages.

Lance, I tried this with all of them and encouraged others on JWD to do this years ago. Would you believe every email bounced using that naming convention. They must have different naming standards knowing we'd be all over them. Ditto for the branch committee. What you can do is email to usbranchoffice@jw.org and his@jw.org. Unless they changed those they were genuine and my emails DID get through on the branch office address.

In honor of MLK
by truthsetsonefree intwo nights ago i read martin luther king jr.'s letter from a birmingham jail.. it is an open letter that dr. king wrote from the city jail in birmingham alabama.
he was confined there after being arrested for his part in a non-violent protest conducted against segregation.
king's letter is a response to a statement made by eight white alabama clergymen titled "a call for unity".

Made contact with an old friend
by recovering inlast night i made contact with a jw that was very special in my life at one time.
when my father died (i was still a child of 12) he and his wife where the only ones to take an interest in me and my younger brother.
they where exceptionally good to us.

*Major rant* my Sunday at the Hall aka HELL, also need ladies opinion on creepy elder
by lola28 inok guys i thought i would update you on my sunday and how the study went.
i had to drive a few of the older sisters to the hall (one has a bum leg the other an injured hip and the other one has a hard time seeing), so i drove them to the hall and stayed for the meeting, here are some of my thoughts, first of the public talk.. i dont know how i made it thru the 30 minute talk without screaming bulls*it every other five seconds, the talk was about being no part of the world, and man it made me want to vomit.
first off, children are still discouraged from extra curricular activities, i dont know how they expect children to grow up and be able to function socially if they raise them to isolate themselves from their peers, dont they realize that they are raising social retards?

Watchtower Society = Mama
by Shepherd Book ini seem to recall reading some time back that the society once wrote how some in the congregation refer to the society as "mama" or "mother".
does anyone remember that?
better yet, does anyone have a reference for that?.

by Farkel injehovah is getting ready with his design for humans and he calls his worker bee angels to a meeting so they can go over the matter.
jehovah did all the design work, but is only going to be supervising the creation of humans and will leave the actual construction to his worker bees.. jehovah calls the meeting to order and says,"i want to make sure you construct these humans according to my precise design, so let's go over my checklist one final time, ok?.
angels: "yes, we have, sir!".

Yeah they'd sound stupid. But if you read between the lines in more recent pubs it's there. And individual dubs refer to the org as "mama" all the time.

Sychelles Island crash proved you can't land a plane on water!
by Witness 007 ini was an advocate of the idea that a sea landing is beyond impossible for any pilot.
some years ago terrorists hijack a plane in africa and demand to be flown to australia.
the pilot runs out of fuel at the sychelles islands and ditches in the sea with most passengers dead or drowned.

It helped too that the Hudson hadn't frozen over yet. Just a couple of days later and that landing would have been almost impossible. That was part of the reason the plane wasn't lifted sooner. There are ice chunks all over that part of the river now.
