  Running??????

  .

  im really interested in starting to jog or run.. what would be a good speed to start and how far would be a good goal?.

  i know power walking is about 6k an hour, for 30 to 40 minutes but what about running??

  i, damselfly, can not knowingly eat the little squiggly, umbilical cord things in eggs.

  i have to very carefully separate the whites from the yolk and remove the squiggly bits with a knife.

  i get gaggy just thinking about them.

  i was thinking today the showing emotion is frowned upon by jws .

  Yeah I understand that is why I over react at every given opportunity. Just show your emotions and never be afraid thats how I feel, who cares if no one else appreciates or understands? Keeping your own sanity in life is what matters most......

  I always take things apart just to prove I can do anything. But I always make myself look like an idiot because we then have to usually have someone repair what is now broken......oops. (I will never learn)
