i can't believe i have stayed put that long.. moultrie 2 years.

you've heard about jesus.. you've choosen to believe or not to believe.. you've accepted jesus or you haven't.. let's say jesus came down now for his people.what would you do or say to jesus if you now know he is true?

(keeping in mind that god is the judge and some people will go to heaven and most will burn in hell!!).

JWs and the calendar

i was in italy over new year's eve week and i visited the vatican.

on the tour, the guide pointed out a monument to pope gregory, who invented the gregorian calendar which we use today.

that made me think: jws are so hell-bent on avoiding anything non-biblical, yet they are ok with using the gregorian calendar, which was invented by, *gasp*, a catholic pope.

Sent my letter in yesterday

five pages of therapy and they probably won't get past the first sentence that says i'm disassociating myself from the corporation (oh well).

i just wanted to say that i've been lurking here for awhile and that this is really a helpful forum.

The New System, What will we remember?

the reason for this post is based on a conversation i had a few months ago with an elder and a very stubborn publisher.

we where out in service and these two guys started talking about how in the new system everything of the past will be forgotten, "the former thigns will not be called to mind", you know how it goes.

So I am split. Let their posts stand? They do have the ring of insanity that sadly so many have had to experience. ; I think that any parent would be afraid that their child would have to deal with this nonsense and bigotry.
Delete the posts? I sort of lean towards "know thy enemy"

I'd keep 'em. I'm a fan of free speech, even when it's completely wrong.
