Sitting here alone
by thepackage inas i've mentioned, i've stopped going to meetings three months ago, this morning i took my kids to breakfeast and they asked if i was going to meeting.
i told them no becasue i had something to to.
my youngest wanted to know why i have not shaven, really did not respond.

As I've mentioned, I've stopped going to meetings three months ago, this morning I took my kids to breakfeast and they asked if I was going to meeting. I told them no becasue I had something to to. My youngest wanted to know why I have not shaven, really did not respond. While I will return to the WTS, it is tempting to go to the KH and sit with my kids and ex-wife, Any thoughts?????

Were your prayers ever answered while being a JW
by Grouper indid any of your prayers ever get answered while being a jw even if they where small maybe insignificant?
pesonnally i never really needed my prayers to be answered but one time while the co visited us i was going to work with him durining saturady service i get there at 0930 but service started at 0900. i felt i missed my chance to work with him and show i was commited and i wanted to asked him how i can reconcile the fact i did not believe that noah's flood existed globally with the way the society views it.
i left the kingdom hall pissed off thinking i fu*ked things up, so i kinda said to jah well i messed up gettin some clarity to to my quandry.

this supposedly proves that the witnesses are the real followers of christ.

Who cares about those number. I'd lie all the time about my time and mags. placed as did my ex-pioneer wife. I know tons of pioneers that lie about thier time. How about these numbers, 607 vs. 587 or how about 1975!!!!!!!!!!!

Lola, I left becasue I realized the WTS was a cult. But, I do have a hard time on meeting days not knowing what to do so I keep myself really busy.

Let me explain a little, I left the WTS three months ago and keep getting calls from Elders telling me my life will only be good if I go back. Since most of these people are my friends I feel bad telling them no. I just avoid saying yes. Funny thing though, my ex-wife told the Elders that I'm letting my beard grow and getting a lot od sh*t over it.
