that the bible can only be interpreted by the "faithful slave"?.
that it wasn't meant to be for the ordinary person, so the only way we'll uderstand it is if we listen to the "slave".. now this was only a couple of yrs.

I guess that depends on whether you are talikg about abandoing "The Truth" (tm) as the WBTS defines it, or the real truth about life. I have long since ceased any connection with the society, but I am a lot more comfortable with the truth about my place in the world.

You are onto one of my hot-buttons with that subject. If I had a dollar for every piece of business email that has gone around in my company using "your" in a phrase such as "your all set" (sic), I would be rich. Many of the best writers in my company are those who learned English outside of the U.S. Many of the native speakers are very lazy when it comes to grammar, and rely on the spell checker far too much.
Perhaps they should attend a course on "how to write good".
