  i finally got my head out of my ass, got some things done, and most importantly i am no longer suffering withdrawal from the vicodin that i took for 3 months before and after my surgery.

  golly, that stuff is not good for you.

  causes depression, crying jags, bad tempers, etc.

  ok those of you that know me personally know that i sit on a ton of event committees, usually for non-profits benefitting kids.

  yes, it is very rewarding but there is no paycheck.

  this has not been an issue for us.

  Very Bad News Re: Post Yesterday

  i'm not sure how to put this news gently to the community here, but regarding my post yesterday regarding chantelle.. thankyou for all of your kind messages and warmth displayed on your parts.. chantelle was only 16 when disfellowshipped.

  only 18 years old with her whole life in front of her.

  she took her own life this morning at 0400hrs.. i am so sorry not to have been in a better position to get your letters to her in time.. take care all of you & kindest regards.

  i am so horrified! this is beyond immagination,,,i am so DEEPLY
  crushed i cannot even put it into words....my heart is just breaking...
  i was worried about her yesterday,,,i thought if i was her mom,,,i
  would have hugged her and told her it would be ok,,,,i am hurting real
  real bad right now...so i will go,,,but i am broken about this..

  Where I Went For Help.

  some of you have inquired of me as to how i've gotten "to this good place" in my life.

  for awhile now, i've been wanting to take time and make a list of some of the books that i have read or am reading, books that are a part of my own personal self-help library.

  i've read many others, in years prior, when i couldn't afford to purchase books, but had to get them from the library.. my first book was "i'm ok, you're ok".
