Ah, Richie, that is bad. I hope the doctors gave you alot of morphine.
Thank you for the experience. I think now I can stop fretting about it. How long did it take for you to heal?

I agree with Tall Penguin. They were all beautiful photos but especially the close up of the bee and the white flower.

i am so angry right now.
my father worked his butt off for years at his job and for the wbts.. in the 60's he was a painter and use to bathe in benzine to clean him self off.
this was before anyone new this was a cancer causing chemical.. he worked for years at assemblys, and as an elder etc.. he realized the foolishness of 1975 and started saving big time leaving my mother a nice savings account plus a huge retirement fund.. he developed kidney cancer at age 60 due to the benzine and survived.
Sorry for your loss and pain. Don't really even know what to say. (Shaking head in disgust.)

Welcome little drummer boy (my favorite christmas song of all time). I think I might get a second opinion on that. Though, I have seen some of the pictures of what a really bad bite looks like and that seems the only course of action on some of them.

Thank you. That is the word I was looking for IP-SEC. Necrosis. There seems to be slight necrosis but not bad and it has been somewhere around 7 maybe 10 days. I don't imagine that it is a BW but am slightly concerned that it is BR. I didn't see the spider as I think that it happened when I was using the push mower the other day. So, it could just be a regular old bite. Have any of you ever been bit? (By a spider that is)

Well, I accidentally hit the enter button before I was finished.
Does anyone here know what to do about a spider bite? It looks like it could be a brown recluse bite but none of the symptoms except that it is really red and obviously kind of ugly. It has been there for about 7 days and only hurts slightly. No fever, vomiting or dizziness just an ugly spot.
Any obversations would be appreciated or your experiences. Hope that I didn't gross any one out.

if the government had this policy .... given that 100% of the terrorist who did 9/11 were arab, and most terrorist are arab.
we as a government will racially profile the arab population and visitors to our country.
spending more time inspecting them, checking them out, and making sure that they are singled out and watched more then any other race.. would this offend you?.
Sometimes, when I have flown across country and they have selected me for a search, I am slightly offended. I am blonde and blue eyed and I think, gee, you really think I am a danger to this country or any other. In actuality though, I could be. There are many races of people who hate and it is not just limited to Arabic or Middle Eastern races (though, they do seem to have a bit of a tendency to act on those emotions). Not that I am much of a history buff but in Ireland haven't they been reeking havoc on each other for years. The Nazi regime didn't mind hurting people and they were white. There are the tribes in Africa that tend to harm each other as well. Throughout history races of people have hurt other races doing what they thought was right.
A few weeks ago, flying out of an airport I saw a completely innocent looking woman taking her plastic knitting needles on the airplane. I thought, you know those things could really hurt someone. Anymore, I just don't think that anyone could be innocent and any ordinary object can become a weapon in the wrong persons hands. I think as opposed to racial profiling the government should be fair and search everyone. Yeah, it is a headache but then everyone is searched no questions, no profiling, no offense. I think that I would feel safer if everyone was searched because I know what is on me but not what is on the people sitting next to me.
Just my two cents and probably worth that much as well (or less).

i wrote the wt for a year before i was df'd over the wt-un/dpi-ngo deal.
i have all of my letters, the wt jerkoff letter back to me as well as a compilation of a simple little brochure, documenting that the wt was more involved with the un than for a library card.
if you would like to see and read it, i would like your feedback.
I know you are my dad but I just want to tell you how proud and honored I am to have a father and mother that could live all of these years in that organization and then step back and realize that you were wrong and take the steps needed to leave. Bravo!!!
Love you,
