it was usually encouraged that we try to remain single somewhere during the assembly, especially the summer conventions.

though i went for the obligatory meeting attendance, it was nice to be able to go on a fishing expedition for sisters, if that was your choosing.
I know during my teen years the noon break was just like one big high school campus with the young ones in their best dresses and suits all grouped togethor laughing and very subtly fliting with each other.
Nowadays it still basically the same behavior in my 20's. But the brohters are a lot more forward nowadays. I guess those horny bastards are having a hard time. (All pun intended)

My best friend during my childhood years dad was an elder. She would listen in, in on his phone conversations, fish through all the witness files and we'd spend days gossipoing about her findings. She always knew who was D'F, who was about to be D,F the who's, what's and how's of everybody in the hall.
I look back now and am ashamed I used to be that person.

How sad! I knew this kid-he was smart as hell. Used to tutor me and everything in algebra and got a FULL scholarship to university of miami but instead chose to go to Bethel.
Hmm...bet he wishes he took what was behind Door #2 instead

There's this witness kid from like Nevada or something that always warns me to quit posting my "apostate" replies or he'll notify the site administrator but then a couple days later he'll ask me my opnion on a talk he had just heard or where he can find info on a specific topic like smoking or birthdays. Really weird.

i have some friends whom i've helped out a bit, and they have a computer resale business.
they generally get a lot of older stuff, so when she told me that she would like to give me a laptop, i was a bit skeptical as i didn't want a big ol' dinosaur.. it s an hp omnibook 6000. i've been fixing it up all night, installing stuff.
Good for you! I bought myself a Balance Notebook computer off walmart.com 2 months ago.
It a generic brand, its not as light as the Apple but it only cost me $550
