  I didn't close my eyes, I swear.

  I just got back home. I've been away from my computer since Monday, I think thats some kind of record. I'm gone for one day and myspace deletes my account....grrrrrrrrr.....

  What a blast of a time I had. It was great meeting everyone (and seeing an old friend again). I would have liked to have sat and chatted with everyone for a whole lot longer.

  I went to Tombstone while I was down there. If the movie Tombstone is anywhere near in your top 10 favorite movie list, you've got to go to that place.

  Ok smellsgood, it's on!

  Oh and btw, I wouldn't call misanthropic "cute". She deserves a much higher rating then that.

  i am an artist though hardly a starving artist.

  some of my patrons kindly feed me and i do have my well-stocked freezer.

  I have a Safeway club card and always bulk up when they have a club special on something I use.

  One time I had the crazy mad stash of Rice Chex because of that.

  Theres a few that I like for different reasons:

  NIN two years ago in Davis, Ca. They did a few small shows and were just warming up for the big tour.

  Marilyn Manson at Ozzfest a couple of years ago. First time seeing him and he's one of my favorite so it was magical.

  David Bowie a few years ago. It was a concert that one would describe as beautiful.

  Motley Crue about 7 years ago. It was out doors and raining at a small venue. Tommy was just out of jail, Nikki jumped of stage to get in a fight with someone. It was just a big party with the Crue.

  Do any of you know about the iphone?

  i'm planning on getting one today, they have some in stock at the at&t store near here.

  but i wanted to know if anyone has one already and if you can tell me what your experience has been so far- short as it may be.. are there any major cons that outweigh the pro's of getting one?.

  i tried to check online if there was any information on any negatives of the iphone but i couldn't find anything.. any input anyone might have would be appreciated.

  a coworker and friend whose family are jw went to the district convention with his jw wife and kids.. he said that about the only thing he got out of friday's session was this hilarious statement in the title.. here's the story-.

  Musical Dishonesty - What next?

  one of the saddest and imho dishonest introductions into the popular music world in recent times is the processor introduced by antares called 'auto-tune'.. this combination of hardware and software processes the music, and especially the vocals of musicians, to automatically correct the tuning for example, of voices which cannot hold a note or sing in tune and does so in virtually real-time.

  it is used by a growing number of vocalists who are untrained and cannot sing in tune and allows them to parade on stage as if they were note perfect.. numerous amateur and professional performers alike have decided that autotune is one way that removes the need for talent or hard work and have no issue with dishonestly representing themselves as long as the cash flows.

  it is set to become standard equipment on tour.. i cannot help but feel that we have lost something big along the way.. hs.

  I really wanted to see Journey back in about '82 or '83. I also really wanted to see Van Halen (the Roth days) back then. And Rush, but my mom heard that rush was a gay thing and that it stood for rules under satans hand.
