i really wanted tobe completely open and celebrate it properly i never dreamt i'd be still in the position of living a double life and hiding my true feelings from my family (see my other thread).

Hope you have a great first birthday Cordelia. I still don't do much on my birthday, practically all my friends have known I'm a dub for years, so I guess they just assume I still don't celebrate. Doesn't bother me much though, I like to take a day out and just do something on my own. Although I was born on Valentines Day, so last B-Day I spent it with my GF, that was great too..

TIJKMO GIG

so i have my first gig with my new band tomorrow night....at college they kind of throw us together and tell us to come up with something...last term..(some of you might remember)..on gig night the drummer didnt show up, the guitarist got absolutely blotto and just sat on stage wondering what was going on, and the bassist couldnt tune her bass......but i had fun.

anyway im hoping it goes better this time...wish me luck..(oh no the 'l' word).

im off to bed now

has anybody seen many of these before, i just saw one as i was coming in from the pub, i thought i was imagining at first, until a friend rang me and told me to take a look at the sky, he seemed convinced it was aliens.

lol.

just interested, have they been there lots of times before and i've just missed them, or are they rare?.

Ah, crapping hell! My car frosted over within about three hours earlier, full frost, not just a light dusting, I bet it snows just when I need to be at uni the most! Damnit!

I'm guessing they're more common in area's that frequently get cold weather with clear skies. It's very interesting to stand and watch, but then I realised the girl in the house opposite might think I'm trying to look into her bedroom so I ran inside.

That picture wasn't one I took, my camera doesn't have any batteries at the moment, but it looked pretty similar, not quite as bright though.

anybody else love this movie as much as i did??

i think it says a lot about the type of person you are, or at least what kind of sense of humor you have, if you liked this movie or hated it.. so far, i've not met anyone who has been neutral on this movie - usually they either love it or hated it!

Daystar, I loved I <3 Huckabees!! I thought that was such a well crafted movie, had me in stitches and got funnier everytime I saw it!

I wouldn't hold my breath unless the guy comes forward for more tests... It could've been a screw up with the first HIV test.
