Did man go to the moon?
by sleepy indid man go to the moon?.
just watched an amazing programme that claimed the moon landings were faked.i was supprised at how compeling the evidence against a moon landing was.anyone know more about the subject?.
if it is true that this didn't happen it raises a whole lot of questions about how trust worthy our governments are.

What Women Want In A Man...
by Englishman inaccording to her ladyship's group of pals, what today's woman wants in a man, is the ability to fix things!.
so many chaps are totally inept when it comes to climbing ladders, wielding a screwdriver or wiping a joint, that wives are getting a little pe'ed off with men who just want to show their feminine side.
todays woman wants her man to be a do-er, a fixer, a man who creates, a man who can and does!

Do you get disappointed if no one responds?
by Larry inwriting should be for our own edification - a personal cleansing, therapeutic at the least.
if you write for other people's approval, you will be disappointed, especially when you share your thoughts on the 'net.
i've seen many folks get 'burn-out' from these boards b/c they don't get the expected respond to their post.

Sure, I get disappointed. I didn't post just to read my own words... coulda done that by saving it here in My Documents. But then, I have to consider the subject matter. Usually, when I start a thread the topic is some weird, off-the-wall thing that's hard to reply to. Like, a link to a flash cartoon, or the lyrics to a song which I have twisted to give it some tongue-in-cheek reference to JWs. Beyond a simple, LOL@COMF there's not a whole lot to say, and I confess, when I read other people's posts like that I usually don't respond either, unless it's with another cartoon or another twisted verse. So, really, I don't expect a whopping lot of replies to my stuff.
Still, nobody wants to see a zero. Even if you only get one or two obligatory pats on the back from people feeling sorry for you, it's better than scoring the big Zee.
Here's a screen capture (edited to remove superfluous columns) of what "Posts Started by COMF" looks like. I'm not exactly the hot topic king. But, hey... I make up for it in other people's posts!

Bill, you know I'm proud of your work in this field and I fully support what you are doing. I don't want you to get the idea that I'm nitpicking; not at all. I just read, always, with an awareness of good form, and I noticed something that I think needs to be changed. Of course, if it's too late, then it's too late; but for the record:
Barbara Anderson 62, of Norm TN, was disfellowshipped on July 25 th for speaking out about child abuse as well as her husband Joe.
Sounds like Barbara was disfellowshipped for speaking out about, among other things, her husband Joe. Maybe it would read more clearly as something like,
Barbara Anderson, 62, of Norm, TN, was disfellowshipped on July 25th for speaking out about child abuse; her husband Joe was later disfellowshipped as well.
Blessings on your work and a "howdy" to Ranchette,
