39Which aspect of JWs would you like to see a documentary about?
by Gadget inif you had a chance to make a documentary about some aspect of the jws, what would ou choose?
would you talk about shunning, the blood issue, explain how its a cult, or what?
unfortunately this would only be for an 8 minute segment on a current affairs programme so i need something that'll get peoples attention and make them think without having to go too deep into the subject.. what would you choose to talk about?.

it likens the contributions received by the wtbts as those given to rebuild god's temple in jerusalem!
the sheer cheek of the comparison!.

I think the hard working brothers and sisters or the KHs, should be reimbursed by the WTS for any material supplies they have to buy to help the hurricane victims. A lot of money comes out of the pockets of JWs that can hardly afford the extra expense. Gas prices included.

The story of my life (part 9- 1975: the date comes)

" and actually be able to answer that question?
i know exactly what i was doing during the evening of september 30, 1975: i was fervently praying to jehovah that i would be found worthy, in spite of all my weaknesses and failures, to find his favor and live through the next day, the day that armageddon was happening.

At one time I thought I had found the truth in WTS
Don't we all want in our heart of hearts a better world, so when someone comes to you and proves that a better world is due in your lifetime and using Gods word, you want to believe them.
In 1975 I wasn't attending meetings regularly...I had fallen away so to speak. I guess I never did believe WTS and GB...I put my life in Jehovah's hands at that time and still do today. Although I started attending meetings and going out in field service again in 1988. BUT again in 1999 I stopped going to meetings and never went back.
However I still have faith in Jehovah because I always believed in God's word., NOT the WTS

Who gets the money?
by Been there inafter reading sevenofnines post i was wondering........who gets the money?.
who at the top (gb) gets to live in extravagant homes, be driven in limos, take fantastic vacations and buy what ever they want?
my stupidity maybe showing but where does the gb live, bethel?
