by XJW4EVR ini will be interviewing for a position at the university of southern california.
the pay is not going to be that good to begin with, but i have mitigating factors, my son who is a junior this year, can get in and i won't have to pay a dime towards his tuition.
his dream is to go to usc and to play for the usc marching band.

Self-rightous witnesses? no......
by mariposa ini was thinking about how i left "the truth" yesterday and got to wondering about the couple of sisters who were directly involved in the beginning of the end for me.
i know it was because of things they personally did to me that led me to believe witnesses were not "a lovable brotherhood".
and i know, they know of the things they did as well.. so here's the thing, i bet they don't feel the least bit guilty or even bad about it.

The lady I had studied with, anointed that she was, always told me to let no one stumble me, least of all her. Of course she was the one to inflict the most damage and then when I tried to pick up the pieces elsewhere she practically ignored my existence. Man, this just seems to get clearer and clearer the more I think about this. The last time I saw her in front of alot of other witnesses, she was all lovey dovey like nothing had happened, sounds like a show to me.
For sooooooo long, I thought it was me. I figured I could start over in another cong. and everything would be great. HA! Things get around and the new elders knew somewhat of the problems. But they thought it was me too, didn't even WANT to hear my side of anything. That's when I faded away.
Must be nice to get away with kicking people to the curb and blaming it on the one laying in the street, battered and bloodied with their hand out asking for your help. Unbelieveable....

Ours will be alot like yours lil without the pork and green bean cassarole. Your stuffing even sounds alot like ours too..that's my favorite. We also have lima beans, cole slaw and pistachio green stuff. It's not really pudding, it's whipped creme, can of pineapple, marshmellows and a pistachio pudding mix thrown in. It's this light fluffy green stuff, I love it. Oh and I'm going to do my grandma's chex mix.

So here's the thing, I bet they don't feel the least bit guilty or even bad about it. Because I left Jehovah because I was lacking in faith, or didn't have enough roots growing into that damn craggy rock. It had absolutly NOTHING to do with the words they wrote me, the lies they told or even the people they turned against me. Even though we were....*gasp*....f-a-m-i-l-y. I mean, yeah I had issues, but I didn't deserve to be treated like an evil red-headed step child. (Even though yes, I do have red hair)
Do all witnesses have this same self-rightous attitude where nothing is there fault? It's got to be the other person and most especially the other person if they aren't a regular attendee at meetings. This just all of a sudden hit me yesterday. Has this happened to you guys?

new baby photos
by snarf ini finally had my baby, he was born on november 13th and weighed in at 6 lbs.
i am recovering great and daddy and big sis are all googly eyed over the new addition.

we're back from the hospital
by BlackSwan of Memphis inok well the tonisllectomy went well.
they got the tonsils and the adenoids and didn't go ahead with the tubes in her ears.. they kept her overnight because of her history with the apnea and with the anasthesia, they wanted to keep an eye on her for one night.
we got back this morning.. she did awesome!!!!

OMG mrsjones! You are now my HERO!! How do you do it?
One is more than enough for me right now! We've been battling strep for the last two weeks and last week a stomach virus, I've been miserable and having to take care of a sick baby to boot. What do you do when you're under the weather?

I'm on and off pretty much all day monday through friday. I'm a stay at home mom too so I get the computer all day until my little rascal wants to play or the mountain of laundry is too big. We're usually out of the house on the weekends but if I get the chance I try to check in then too.
