  Yay! we have a "big announcement" for january !!!
  
  i'm intriged. But I think that the "active witnesses" that this site is supposed to be directed at will not look at the site cause it is "apostate"... Scary music = demonized in the minds of the JWs and they will turn it right off. Sad.

  Or just something that JWs will be in a tizzy about but won't be able to watch and the only other people on the planet who care/will watch it will be us 'postates...?
  
  Is it a website??? That would be good cause that's how potential JWs will research the new religion they are hearing about and will find that neato looking site...

  i'm curious ~ has anyone noticed how young elders are these days?

  in my old congregation, 6 of our 8 elders were under the age of 30, one of them 23, unmarried.

  What the hell is the WTS saying about evolution now?

  did anyone read the recent wts "special article" about creation and evolution?

  i read it and fell of my freaking seat.

  get this, the wts now believes (and yes, they want everyone to agree or else) that god created the universe billions of years ago and that nothing was created in six days as shown in genesis!.

  ugh. me too- I totally have zits from it all. I only got chocolate "good" candy like Snickers, Butterfingers, Milky Ways, Reeses Peanutbutter Cups etc. I don't hand out no crap here!

  .this "new world scene " is from p 190 of the "bible teach " book dated 2005.. it is just a joke.

  they have transformed their key belief into a cartoon type kiddies scene.

  Ha ha. I bet this is the most hits on "honesthearted" that Google has ever received!
  
  But sadly and perversely, I bet a Dub would piddle in his meeting pants to see that ALL Google references to the word "honesthearted" are only for the JWs.
  
  It would be PERFECT for an illustration in a public talk- I can totally see it:
  
  'Brothers, the world definitely has to sit up and take notice of Jehovahs glorious people, why, we are the only group involved in "pure worship" as can be seen by a simple word search on a popular internet search engine when looking up the work "honesthearted"'

  i think it would be a nice feature on this site if we had a list of people who where active on the board, then we wouldnt be upset if we had no replies to our topics ( cos no one was about ) or be really excited if there were a couple hundred.

  No, I think that people would only post when they thought certain others are online here. Also if you weren't replying to a post and someone knew you were there lurking they'd get all mad...

  was is gender, age, race, sexual preference, religion?.

  I was discriminated against at the kingdom hall and not allowed to give talks, prayers, deliver the mike, operate the sound system, work with the literature because I am a woman.
  
  I get discriminated against at the mechanics when the workers turn to face my companion (if I have a guy or my dad with me) to explain the work they will do.
  
  The worst is the Kingdom Hall stuff because they blatantly admit that the only reason that I couldn't do any of the above things is because I am female.
