i have finished 15 pieces in my pottery class so far.
i start my next 10 classes next monday night.. i have almost finished designing a board game.

i think people forget that satan was a creation of god, just like all of us and everything else.
obviously god had a purpose in creating satan.
god has love for everyone and everything, including satan.

ironically, my nickname is dub and has been since i was in the 5th grade!
i stumbled upon the forum one day while i was at school and have been browsing ever since.
Legolas took the words right out of my mouth. Either wait till your 18 to get the truck, or ask your grandparents to keep the car in their name till you're 18 and then have them "sell" it to you for a buck or something like that. However, you might have to take care of your own insurance that way, cause I'm sure your dad wouldn't pay for that if you're being trixy. (not sure if you're paying for that right now on your own anyway.)
I'm sorry to hear of such an ultimatum. Don't do it! Defd said it best...willing, not forced love.

in articles concerning the internet, some of which have been titled "a balanced view of the internet", the watchtower devotes the first paragraph or two to the benefits that the internet offers and has provided.

then for the rest of the article they go on and on about the dangers and evils of the internet.. they have been consistent in writing in this manner in all the articles they have written concerning the internet.. can the watchtower itself truly be said to have a "balanced" view of the internet?.

makes me just want to turn the pc off cause obviously it's going to either A.) Make me into a sex addict, craving the cyber-yum yums or B.) Cause my relationship to be ruined (my hubby and I met on the internet, thank you very much.) or C.) Cause me to come into contact with bad associations (cue evil music.) or my personal favorite, D.) cause me to dress like a slacker, buy a laptop and take up Kools.
What everyone doesn't know is that there is a demon that lives in each of our computer and everytime we turn it on and sit down in front of it, this demon takes a bit of our soul for satan. Muahahaha! cough cough cough!
i need motivation to get this work done.
i don't need to do alot, just write a short proposal for a system, it's just so mind numbingly boring, i can't seem to get started.
it's due in for friday, i know i've left it late, and me going out in a little while isn't going to help matters, but i was just wondering what you guys do when you can't seem to motivate yourself into getting something done...

I feel your pain. I deal with trying to get my fingers to click on my mouse and do my job every single day. Hmm...well I'm allow to play cds on my computer so I try to put on something with a lively beat and get myself going...I get a nice cup of hot, caffienated tea and just put the pedal to the metal. Also...I try to break it up a little bit...write a quick post, do an ad. Check email, do some more work. etc. etc.
Not sure if that helps.
