  Really i've had an urge for it all day. It keeps popping up in my mind.

  Haven't had that since I was a kid.

  We have to drag you out here to nyc sometime so you can come to hang out with the nyc ex-jw crowd. Can we tour Bethel while I am there?

  Be careful what you wish for haha!

  If you ever come over to nyc I really would take you there for the fun of it.

  We'll stroll in with coke, pepsi, dr pepper, hot fudge, nuts, all spiked with every alcoholic drink imaginable and get nice and toasty on a special ex-jw bethel tour.

  And after all that drinking we can pee on ol mister Russel's grave ;-)

  Does blood freak you out????

  i've had this phobia of blood and needles ever since i was given the anti-blood programming.. anyone else have his phobia as well?.

  i'm wondering if i'm the only person to have this fear.

  do you like yogurt?

  i like to eat a little of it everyday.

  it is kind of expensive and a hassle to deal with all the containers in addition to getting to the grocery store which is 15 miles away.

  Interesting. I make my own herbal spa treatments. Body wraps, facials, hair and scalp treatments, etc.

  I don't use them on myself though.

  I've been thinking of candle making, mosaic, and other home made stuff. I love all things creative.

  It's a metaphor. It doesn't have to be either/or. Mind you i'm not defending the bible. I couldn't care less if it's right or wrong. But something can be twoi seemingly opposite things at the same time.

  Much like a knife. Can be used to help or used to kill. It's what you do with it that makes the difference.

  Thus the body is a temple of god when not abused. Also the temple of god since his/her (did I say her?) holy spirit shines within. It's a "vessel for satan's temptations" because all of our so-called evils express themselves through the body some way plus are received in to the mind and heart through the body from the external world.

  I'm not saying I agree i'm just giving my interpretation.

  i am curious, how many of you were lurkers on jwd before joining in the party?

  im not sure if there is anyway to know how many people at any given time are just reading the posts and not posting, versus active members.

  Hmmm. Good to know. Maybe it's just a regular phobia.

  How do you do the blood donation thing? (Despite the fact that I have the phobia I have had needles and i.v. before. Hate it but I can handle it).

  You have my respect and support for going back.

  I myself went back once just for the hell of it...when I had my dead straight hair down past my shoulders plus 5 earrings in my left ear and 3 in my right at the age of 20. In a suit of course! Goes great with the air and earrings (really it did).

  The looks on their faces were worth the price of admission - namely the price of dealing with them.

  Your the only other person i've come across with, dare I say it (?), the balls to go back to that circus clown show. See their behavior for what it truely was...

  A show of their childish egotism!!!

  A rome full of egotistical annoying brats .

  when you were a witness did you feel like a christian, .................i always thought the born again seemed more "christian", even though i thought we had the truth .

  Yup! And I was fool enough to believe we were the only real christians and on top of that the only true religion. I bought nearly all of it as a young child. Ignorance is not bliss.
