  Shaking with adrenalin, fear and anger

  never was a glass of wine so keenly anticipated as this one.. an hour ago i was sitting at the station waiting for a train and having my first cigarette of the last few days.

  i don't usually smoke in public except in bars, but this was the end of a difficult and tiring week for me being my first week back at work and having hjad to do it all on crutches.. when all of a sudden some 60+ old nutter started yelling at me.

  he said you don't know what you are doing to yourself- you will die horribly of cancer.

  I hoep I'm making sense - I'm still in a bit of a trembly whirl.

  Its a shame because I was in such a good mood to that point.

  Try the following.

  Close your eyes. Recall a time you felt fully calm, happy, and confident.

  Relive the experience in your mind. Run through it several times.

  Each time focus on a different sense. First relive the positive experience by seeing it through your eyes.

  Next as if you were watching yourself on a movie screen.

  Next relive it but pay attention to what you heard ans sounds.

  Next relive it paying attention to the sensations of your body and movement.

  Relive it one more time. But this time focus on the positive emotion that is the strongest (i.e. calm, happy, whatever..). Focus on your body. Somewhere in your body is a sensation that is normally unconscious. It's a sensation in the body of the emotion. An example is when you feel sad you get the sensation of a lump in your throat. Happiness and all other positive emotions have a physical sensation in your body as well. Find it. Is it in your chest? Or your tummy? Maybe it's in your head? Relive the experience while focusing on this sensation and try turning it's "volume" up.

  After you do this you should feel fine.

  Suppose The Watctower is Sucessfull in Shutting Down Quotes Site.

  what would prevent us from using the same information that quotes currently uses to open up our own site?

  the watchtower would come after us and we may possibly have to close it down, then someone else could open another one up.

  How do you download the whole site? can it be put on cd

  Carla, it depends on the site. Some are small enough to fit on cd. Large ones need to go on your HD. Go to download.com and search for httrack. That's the name of a free program that copies websites. I can't remember the name of the other programs I know that do it. I'll try to recall. Httrack is free.

  KATE MOSS OR KATE WINSLET?

  i just read that kate moss has been given more modelling jobs now that she's been a whole month "clean" of using cocaine which is how she kept her body at skin and bones.

  i hear lots of women say they'd "love to have a body like hers", when we know the only way she can keep that skinny is by using drugs.

  i was told that i was "just jealous" and that "all women would like to be that thin.

  Your far from ugly. Don't ever say that about yourself. In fact... your FAARRRRRRRR from ugly! Your very attractive and there's nothing wrong with being thin or heavy. Were all meant to be different. Variety is the spice of life :-)

  Yeah. That's a normal reaction. You handled the situation well. Adrenalin affects most people that way and it's difficult to react calmly when it flows. Just to be safe stay away from the edge of the platform till your legs are fully healed. It may be best to stay toward the wall if possible.

  it seems that in modern times, it is not so much about what country you live in, as much as it is about the god you worship.

  people within their own countries borders are fighting their fellow national citizen in the name of their god.

  is this a sign that a religious war is coming or just an example of a ever growing populations growing pains?

  I think it's a real possiblity.

  I think our nations aren't going about things the right way to prevent it either. Too soft on prevention in some areas and too hard where it isn't needed (i.e. Iraq). There's little we can do though. This one is beyond the control of citizens imo.

  I've seen this thread but ignored it till now. It's been active so many days I couldn't resist anymore.

  Do I give a shyte? No. Got my vote. I don't see how it matters one way or the other.

  Besides...I happen to like masons. I don't think it matters one way or the other. Most masons are christians. Blame the individual for his flaws not the groups he comes from.

  i bought an unusual board/card game the other day.

  in this game you play a train engineer driving trians to deliver souls to hell.

  there are 7 levels of hell and the engineer that delivers the most souls to their right level of hell wins and is spared eternal damnation for one more day.
