Struggling in a relationship with a JW

i have a boyfriend of four years who is a jehovah's witness.

i had no idea what it was when i met him.

his parents recently got divorced and he is living with his mom who is jehovah.

This is a great place for info, with regards to being involved with a JW. I have been invovled with my beloved for a while now and I am sure I drive him as nuts as he sometimes drives me. (He hasn't got it figured that I as a woman am ALWAYS right;).

But seriously take the time to look through this place, look for Jgnat's writings. Set boundary's for both of you.

Engima you're right should be a auto button for us crazies who fall in love. I lurked here for quite awhile and got some ideas on how to deal with blood issue etc. The response I got made me feel not so alone. Even if it does drive you nuts.

Abortion

i don't know if any of you brits saw the 'this morning' show today but they had a woman on it whos mother had tried to abort her at 7 and a half months pregnant, apparentely they gave her mum some stuff to drink which burns the baby inside and out, but fortunately this baby survived and now as a woman she is campaigning for anti abortion laws to be brought in.. so, what are your views on abortion?

I've decided that I'm pro-minding my own business.

i like this, wish i was as good and unopinonated.

I do agree with have guidelines, and am for choice.

I've had 6 miscarriages, would i be charged with murder 6 times, cause i sneezed, tripped, got stressed. Maybe my ex-husband should be charged for murder, because he beat the crap out of me and I miscarried - TWICE. All After 12 weeks!

This great, children seem to be the biggest thing for most wow

Each and every time I catch sight of a particularly beautiful cloud formation, sunset, or sunrise. (Again with the tears dammit!)

This so true goes along the line of remembering that being alive is pretty great sometimes

Holding my neice for the first time (she smiled, truely she did, wasn't wind)

Leaving New Zealand at not quite 19yrs old by myself

saving a little boys life - the best moment of my life!

overwhelmingly, it's heterosexual men in relationships.

however, if we refer just to the act of hitting or physically hurting another person, research statistics from the 1980's and early 1990's shows women are as likely or more likely than men to hit or physically harm a partner.

Well I don't know where the idea came from but it is not the Koran because of what I know about the Koran it does not teach to kill innocent people. These are radicals who simply hate Americans and it has nothing to do with religion.

This is true, when I lived with my ex-husband in his country, there was a want to be American (idolised Bruce Springsteen and so on) and a jealousy that caused some anger.
