  i was just reading a post that could be just a rumor.

  but it could have some truth in it too.. we know too well that the wts brands us as liars.

  and it would be so easy to fall into the trap of making all kinds of accusations without any proof.

  Lady Lee, and jgnat I like your posts and fiind them interesting and fair for the most part :) just being new around here I found this site doing a web search over at amazon and came up with the "Ray Franz" book after browsing several posts about this book I just asked around for some real reason to purchase the book.. I do alot of work with in the publishing industry so it would be asking alot to "read another" book. So far I have read tons of peoples responses about this book as "life changing" etc.... but not one person could give me any real SHOCK AND AWE or reason for why. I really like hearing your personal opinons and thoughts about your experiences thank you for sharing them.

  I aggree with his decision to do that tottaly... my opioin is that people come here for the most part to HEAL through knowing the facts and knowing there are others here trying to HEAL also and move on with their lifes... personally if some one interjects something into a thread I dont like I just click out!. and move to a more positive thread.

  Lady lee, it is only a matter of time before people start documenting there experiences with video for actual proof. Altho this will probably never result in anyone in the WTS ivory tower getting caught doing things they know to be wrong (their hiding). It will however have an effect on rogue rank and file and and elders trying to get away with things...

  Having posted several threads about urban legend here JWD, I really dont understand that comment? your allergic to urban legends? ... and you use that site to somehow verify them.... I checked that link and there does not seem to be any JW specific info? whats wrong with urban legends? dont you think that some threads should be started about JW UNWRITTEN RULES? just to see how many there are out there?

  Hi everyone! I am back for a little while lol but later I have to go to a halloween party in a while YIKES! I have been away from the truth for years but still feel guilty (do you know what I mean?) about going lol YIKES! most people are going to be drinking and I dont drink so its gona be interesting!

  Lol thanks for answering that question :) I bet its been asked a million times before :) yikes! The beach is perfect today absolutly perfect one of the most beautiful dayz in years :)

  Minimus Is Demonized

  i posted this on a different thread regarding my mother but her sister (my aunt) told her that because i left the "truth" and am living my life outside of bible principles, that the "demons" are affecting her.

  she told my mom that twice last week, "the demons pushed her" and caused her to fall.

  because my mother associates with me and my mom associates with her sister----therefore the "contact" is made thru my mother to her.

  Holy cow. your making it take longer for armeggdon to come... so your acts of kindness are wrong? because he selfishly wants armeggdon to come sooner so that he can be saved! very selfish... I wish you could have got that on video lol

  just a few minutes ago i happen to look down at my odometer and it was rolling up the last zero for 144,000.

  at the same moment i looked to my right and i happen to be passing the kingdum hall.

  is god sending me a message????

  LOL when I registered for this site I was starving hungry so I just left the page open and the computer on and walked over to the taco bell on the beach about a block away and ordered a burrito especial 99.cent with sour cream and green sauce a carmel empenada (fruit pie) and a x large diet coke.

  GUESS THE TOTAL 6.66 WOT! and me order number 144!!! YIKES!!

  So I come back and am eating and this ANNOYING fly keeps flying all around me and landing all over me... hehehehe later to only find the same fly in the bottom of the wax of my burning candle YIKES wots going on here!

  my sister who is the ex wife of the fellow i posted about,( re: commiting suicide) was a jw for 17 years being df'd 4 years ago.

  i have told her about this site and read to her the replies to the posts i have made and she has had a browse around but will not join yet as she does not have access to the internet, although she really loves the site.

  she and i were talking this morning and thru me she would like to ask; does anyone here think it would get her anywhere if she were to sue the watchtower society for years of guilt and mental stress she and her late ex husband have suffered?

  i was looking around the internet, trying to locate an image of god's chariot to show someone, and i found this little place here.

  it's...interesting.

  as far as i can tell from poking around there seems to be a mix of the faithful, the inactive, and the disfellowshiped (like myself).

  Thanks for your reply lol NOW THATS THE KINDA STUFF I WANA SEE ...... its only a matter of time before the video age catches up to things like this for some kind of TANGIBLE proof.... There are some ex jw's filming a documentary a peice in my area wonder if thats what they are up to? heheheh would love to see some tangible proof of something like this. Some how when people start documenting events I bet ALOT of urban legends will dissappear lol
