are there any practicing satanists on the board?

i've been doing some reading about satanism and i'd like some personal experiences...it seems like it is less about god/satan and more about the self above all...am i right?

how satisfying is this way of living?

I have a copy of the Satanic Bible, but haven't gotten around to readiing it yet (xmas present from a friend). I have a close fried that has read it tho, and their synopsis was similar to Lumptard's. It's not so much worshipping "Satan" as it is the antichristianity. As opposed to sacrificing all for thehive, you put yourself above everything. As I recall your own birthday is the highest ranking celebration.

rather than hijack another thread and inspired by fullofdoubtnow and dedpoets music for the wedding thread i thought i would start a little "dedications" thread - this isn't the sort of dedication symbolised by dunking though!.

(i expect to see ggbg and ofg here forthwith for some romantic dedications).. i'd like to dedicate the following to someone special - "bodies - by drowning pool" .

they probably wont see this, but the thought that counts!.

Nothing Else Matters is a truly beutiful song. My wife and I had a version of it by Apocalyptica as our recessional at our wedding. It had a deep meaning to me that I didn't want to muddy with my interactions with my parents.

after a year or so of being a "lurker" (since i know some of you despise that word, say, instead, window shopper?

), i finally signed up.

for the last week or so, i've come to the sight every day and i've learned a lot and also remembered more than maybe i wanted to.. so here's my issue: i've been married for 1 1/2 years, together with this man for 5+ years.

Aside from a lack of decent sex ed, I don't think it did any long term damage to my sex life. If anything, having to learn what I wanted to know from adult mags and movies expanded my sexual horizons early. There isn't much I haven't tried or wouldn't be willing to try. As far as oral? Love it! More into the giving than recieving end, but that's my thing.

I agree with what the others have said. If you don't like it (I've had partners that didn't) it's not a fault, it's a matter of preference. There are plenty of other things two people can do to please each other without it. If you're hubby is a decent and caring man he will be open to discussion and won't force the issue. Or he'll get you drunk more often
